I have a group of about100 loyal customers. What i want to do is start a newsletter where on earth every week they get an proposal like "free netflix" or "bring back $50 to open a wall account". They would either sign up or not but i would be capable of track who signed up for which and who did not. I would ask them to try these offers and i would find paid for them doing so. where on earth can i find such an affiliate system?

Is the newsletter going out via email? If so you could try one of the many ezine advertisers out in that. Just google "ezine advertising".for tons of links.
Clickbank offers a mixture of commissions and has a nice tracking system for their vendor and affiliates.
There are literally thousands of folks who pay commission for your selling their products. A few sour the top of my head are Pat O'Bryan, Mark Joyner, Russell Brunson, Joel Comm..it's everlasting really. Most of them have their own affiliate program software which tracks your hits, sale, etc.

These are unsophisticatedly listings of businesses (simliar to the phone book). The advantage is that these portals usually catch a lot of traffic and they're rank high on Google because of adjectives the quality links they contain.
My favorite portal is call Directory Exclusive. I signed up a few weeks ago because they're giving a away a free business card holder when a person enter's their company info. I received it surrounded by the mail 3 days ago =)
