Advertising representative?

I have a two of a kind of websites that are viewed by society form all over the US and are view specifically by people looking for information almost apartments and real estate. I have 23,781 page impressions last month according to Google a-d-s-e-n-s-e. My interview is how much could I charge a company for a 160 x 600 pixel ad that would be placed on every available page? And how do I find someone to flog these ads for me? I am looking to flog ads for a flat rate just, not by clicks or sales.
I currently flea market my own t-shirt designs thorough the space I intend to use for the ad space. An example of the size of the commercial and my websites can be viewed here, at the top right paw side of the page.

Answers:   I don't know how much you could get, but to find somebody to deal in the advertising space I hold an answer for!

Place an ad, any in your local weekly or locally placed on craigslist.org. Then, "hire" somebody on commission. The more they sell, the more money they earn. Give them right to be heard... 25% of their sales. Maybe even 50%! (Afterall, it is costing you no work, and you wouldn't enjoy the ads withought them!)

I believe when somebody works on commission you don't inevitability to pay taxes on them. CALL THE IRS THOUGH and find out for sure!
