Very good query. I had to find out the firm way and I am vastly picky about a company's nouns. They really pound that in within law school--I am a licenced CA attorney - presently not practicing, but focusing on my home business. I quality very comfortable next to everything and everyone involved, and many other factor make it an great match for me.
I own gone through approximately 8-10 opportunities to seize to this point, however. 4 were in recent times fly by night /get rich expeditious scams. (they are undemanding to spot - I can show you how)
I became a duration and health insurance agent and worked near a well-known company I believe was/is legal, but couldn't stomach the questionable (dishonest / failure to disclose truths surrounded by for no good explanation, and which did not even benefit practices of several agents in my group.

Next was a ably known wholesale travel company offering incredibly big commissions- but no residual income. I finally decided here was too much product, paperwork , challenge, and sorting through garbage, required of distributors as powerfully as consumers, The final straws were 1) lies something like what the package in fact included, (really unnecessary lies about tremendously small potatoes features) and
2) high rank executives in my upline basically flat out taking bribes from people seeking to move up stepladder the quickly.
There be a few others as well-- I have be at it for 2 full years now, and finally have a feeling at home.

Corporate Training Calls - listened to each day, from huge libraries of archived calls and current call at least 4 to 5 hundred of them--- -either via webinar, or record audio.
I am a student of Dani Johnson, her material, and her seminar, a well as of Loral Langemeier's books and seminar, she is Exellent. And, my product/service is one of the very few she approves of for her students, uses herself, and recommend as a "cash machine" for creating affluence!
