Answers:   Good quiz... no they aren't the same...

1) is commission for a referral that still requests to be closed, they are a lead but they own not been sold. ie: payperclick lead that haven't seen a sale process prior to arriving at the original service or product site.

2) is commission for a completed mart ie. a sale that take place through a sales process on an affiliates site/salesletter page and is processed with the sole purpose through the back back of the original site... sum etc..

3) when someone provides a lead ie: someone have a list and they suggest that the citizens on their list follow a cooperation to a sales process page.

4) when that human being from -3- converts into a sale a superior payout takes place... but have leads have a value weather they convert or not when someone is sharing their index with you.

hope that help...
