Google ads will in a minute be on Yahoo. Does anyone believe that Google would ever ban Yahoo from it's a-d-s-e-n-s-e program? And does anyone believe that Google would dispatch an email to Yahoo
with no odds of communicating with Google? I doubt that Yahoo will not own suspicious clicks being as big as they are, but they wont be barred because they are big business. Google's official philosophy # 6 is "You can build money without doing evil". They do evil every year by banning publishers for life span with no explanation, and no recourse. You also loose any revenue due to you. If you are considering placing Google a-d-s-e-n-s-e on your website, don't. There are better option out there. Do you conjecture Google is a good company?

It's unrealistic to think that within will be no special arrangement and deals beside big partners approaching Yahoo (or AOL or Washington Post). Of course the rules are different with the big fish and the small fish!
I would not even be surprised if the revenue sharing between Yahoo/Google is difficult compared to the rest of us. Afterall, Google needs to sort the deal sweeter to return with the Yahoo account.
As for exclusion publishers, there hold been reports of publishers who be accepted stern again after review of their site. However, if Google thinks that within is indeed fraud, or the risk of having the site is more than keeping it, after unfortunately their loyalty is not to the publishers but to the advertisers. Afterall, it is the advertisers who discharge the bill
Re communicating with Google -- if you in reality reach a clear in your mind income, Google gives you an a-d-s-e-n-s-e narrative rep that you can email and even call directly.
