You probably want people contained by your immediate locality so probably the most powerful thing to do is to slip the paperboy/girl read aloud 10 Euros to drop leaflets with the local papers.
I don't know what your commission rate is but I would put a coupon on the bottom of the flier giving say 10% sour first month. That way you've some sort of theory how effective your hype has be.
