I have used Pressman's Patent It Yourself since the unsettled 80s to file and process 18 patent, and have save myself and my business partner (a lot of money) in permitted fees. I can't recommend this book highly ample. Pressman is not just learned, he is a master teacher, impart information with consumate pedagogic skill. One recommendation: If you use this book to write your first exclusive rights filing, permit a patent legal representative review the filing in the past you submit.
