- Organize a trivial contest for highschool students. Make it in such a approach that you have 3-5 those left for the finals. -If you live around a metropolitan, you can organize a trip to the city to stop by art exhibitions and science museums and such. A whole year trip would be really nice. I'd say don't travel into an overnight one, you don't really want that responsibility.
I hope this gives you some accepted wisdom. Oh you can also organize some sort of a job panel and not just achieve counselors from colleges but real inhabitants who are really in the business. If you do this especially near jobs that are complex to get info almost, or are considered a little unorthodox, you should procure enough attention.

There are tons of things you could do. Do you enjoy local bands that play Hip Hop or similar popular music? Find out how much they would charge.. I don`t know they would be willing to bring less for a Charity Event.
What you could do is ask some glorious school students what they'd similar to to do. If you can't do that then organise an event that will be fun. Have food and drink here (not alcohol!) and music. You could also organise workshops for them such as DJ workshops (which are always a winner) as economically as art and craft things. Ok a amazing see you can have clues that they will use their brains to guess. You can use things such as clues and they need to use their brains to chew over.
