Advertising Marketing Questions and Answers

involve poster contained by magazine?

friends and I are making a magazine and want advertisement surrounded by it but don't know how to get them. do i freshly.....i don't know what to do

Answers:
I suggest you retrace your steps and research first on how to run a magazine business.

Here are some steps to starting a magazine:

1. Conceptualize your magazine - what is its editorial voice, what types of information should it have, who should it be for
2. Determine how massive (or small) your target audience - this can help you determine the likelihood of your idea. You don't want to start a magazine where on earth only you and 2 friends would be interested contained by
3. Decide your revenue model - should it be by subscription or should it be by advertising, or both. If by selling, you can sell ad in-house (you will have a troop actually presenting your magazine to potential advertisers and selling advert space) or outsource the process by hiring sales reps
4. Write your business plan to help out you think through your opinion
5. Gather a team to help out you create your magazine (ad sales, layout, editorial troop, printing, etc.) and decide whether to outsource or do in-house some of the processes involved.
6. Raise financing
7. Start production

creative marketing firm that hires base on desire since I dont own diploma all the same I own a delirious imagination ?

I need a break from college and I want to work next to my imagination which runs wild hell. I am Comm (PR) primary at NCSU, but I am confused on what I want in a trade. I want to work with others my age and lift on the worldwide market. I can create inspiration and desire surrounded by anyone. Interested in Modern strategies and targeted product placement. I own Ideas that will blow peoples minds. I just call for someone to give me a luck and anykind of product that needs promotion and I wont stop until it is a household cross. Just a chance. I can build anyhting work for me and I love criticism and group/team work.

Answers:
I agree that insitutional education isn't everybody's North Star, so if you want some physical world experience, I say jump for it. That said though, I think you may stipulation to tone down the creativity thing and narrate others that you really want to learn and hope to contribute (not in recent times prove how amazing you are, although the enthusiasm is a big plus).

Now, as to your focus, the question is rather vague... perceptibly you're not really interested in traditional interruption selling methods and are looking more to nontraditional and perhaps go-ahead based marketing. I would look at BlueLine Results (www.bluelineresults.com) marketing base in Boise, ID. They specialize within grassroots and nontraditional marketing campaigns. The troop is well read and especially diverse, plus they won't take lately any client- they only clutch the jobs they believe surrounded by (especially because permission base advertising, the root of most nontraditional campaign, requires that people adopt the product). You would be able to revise a lot here (and hopefully contribute too), but as I said before, you may obligation to tone down your creativity a little because sometimes an overabundance of creatitivity is distracting. The troop there focuses on results (something I appreciate as an Entrepreneur). They've in reality been doing some work for me and I've be very festive so far. They take their cues from marketing icon like Jack Trout and visionary like Seth Godin; they convoy to the beat of a better drum.

Other Answers:

Our Store front is set greatly 50 foot vertebrae from the side walk- No one notice it. What can I do to the camouflage?

To make it worst we are between two buildings which are right along the sidewalk and the street is a main highway. But I have 2 times contained by the day where on earth 100 000 people hold to slow down for traffic.

Answers:
a) Try a 'lollipop' signage - as the name suggests, it stands resembling a lollipop on a pole that is eye-height.
b) Try a backlit signage contained by ur current facade, near very activist colors and lights.
c) This one really worked for my friend who opened a store contained by a relatively unknown location.
Just put up 50 banners across ur town beside a single line "Where the x@#*" is ABCD" - where on earth ABCD is the name of ur business. Believe it or not, individuals really would search for ur business given name then, the tagline on the ensign really catches on.

Other Answers:
Ask if you can put signs up or around the two buildings.

How about creating a replicated store front right at the sidewalk? Or some kind of archway beside advertising on it? Without knowing the type of business or other details it's a bit difficult to guess. Maybe a tiny parklike setting can be created near a relaxing atmosphere. Some plants. A sturdy bench or two. Bright color to draw the eye with some subtly colored lighting (especially at the outer slither of the front buildings).

Place a setting nouns out front next to the side hike... some nice heavy make iron chairs and table comes to mind, especially if you have colorful umbrellas to shade during the bake of the day... anyone setting within offer a chalice of tea or lemonade, compliments of the store, that should entice a few in.

Otherwise, depending on the type of business you are running, settle on to make every foot from the sidewalk to the entrance of your store an extension of your store. I know this is going to join a buttload of extra set up and tear down to your business project, but sidewalk sales are successful for a drive, you'll catch the eye of the passer-by... and they will pass away 'word of mouth'.. and that is worth GOLD.

But since I don't know the type of business... or the regulations of the space between your entrance and the sidewalk, I would read aloud remodel the front to look incredibly inviting, and will raise curiosity simply by site. Look at the building subsequent to you.. what color are they?.. What would clash with them completely but look classy and inviting?.. any do that.. or make yourself notice by some odd and unusual lawn ornaments inviting ethnic group towards your door.

AS a second year marketing student I can suggest some broad ideas, however these suggestions are merely given on the information provided by you. Because in charge to create awareness of the business or the product/service there are several factors that must be taken into consideration. for example your budget, how long you own been established in that for, what type of consumers your are targeting for (business to business, or nonspecific market {do it oyur self} consumers).
But base on your information, a simple ad within local news rag can be very helpfull (roughly costs $150), a billboard few 100 meters hindmost advertising your location can create principal awareness. On a bussy day (or as you said rush hour) hold a mascot standing on the character strip near the road near advertising banner of your business (normally costs $80-150 a day).
Again these suggestions are only on the foundation of the inforamtion provided by you so after looking into the factors of where on earth the marketing problem is, it is possible to come up with better and more effective/efficient outcomes.

Ongoing research and Study See if your town as a nouns department.
They should have plans and suggestions.
Also in attendance is a group called "Main Street" that have some great advice on the subject.
I don't know the trellis address for the national, but my local group can link you to it. My local "main Street' organization's trellis address is www.mainstreetwaterbury.com Why not paint the pavement and side walk near something that will attract customers to your shop. Put arrows on the pavement directing customers to your shop. I would suggest something of this sort, using the pavement around the whole block. Just clear the pavement infront of your shop stand out besides using all the traditional methods of billboards etc. You can enrol forces with the hearth rug store and get him to put a runner on the pavement leading associates to his store, this way your store (being subsequent to his) will also get notice. Its all just about ideas...come on...be creative. If you are within a 'tight' spot then basically get out nearby ;-).

I am lookingt to provide products on ebay. Are in that any appropriate legit wholesalers out in attendance?

I am trying to sell products on e-bay. a friend of mine tried to purchase some moral products to resell on ebay but she got scammed out of $1662.00 www.itmediatech.com We both necessitate to find some good wholesalers that own some good items and they are an legit company.

Answers:
Honestly, I would stay away from the the “wholesaler’s” team game. What once was a great thought has in a minute spread so everyone and their mother is doing it. Margins are razor diluted at best and I suspect non-existent when you factor in most drop shippers or wholesale clubs "Membership fees" along beside eBay and PayPal's cut.

Take something that you're knowledgeable almost and wait for a negotiate. For example, lets say aloud you know a lot more or less purses and one weekend you stumble across a shop having a clearance public sale - $200 purses for $30 bucks (or whatever). Take it home and list it for $75. Your customer think they saved $125 bucks and you made $45. Now multiply it by 100 sale and you are in business. I do around $2K a month in sale and I profit about $500 and that’s from a short time ago working part time. It's not "easy money", you do enjoy to work at it, but if you're willing to invest the time and force, you can do it.

Other Answers:
I can hook you up with some wholesale items of a sexual character..

http://www.northtexastoys.com

Other than that I don't know of anybody. Most places who advertise wholesale items are of late trying to find away to gain a free sales creature.
In order to set up an online business you really requirement to do a research before that. (i dont know how much experience you hold in business or marketing, but as a secnd yr student of Business marketing and int. trade i can just give my opnions and share my knowledge) Look at the increasing treds on ebay and hang on to record of what sort of products are mortal sold fast and own a high emergency of. (i have hear form lot of friends that wierd stuff sell honourable on ebay) if this is the case later search for a local wholesaler and dont depend on purchasing online budge out there and tell face to facade find out the prices and look in local wholesalers guide. If you are surrounded by Australia, and are willing to supply electronic items (and get main ROI {return on investments}) I suggest importing stock from Hong Kong and selling them in Autralia is a great bazaar but involves lot of dedication, effort and ofcourse money. However at hand are lot of private skin care and cosmetic type of products in this day and age and are showing massively incresing trends so if you can find a local distributor it would be best to get into at this time. Another great smudge is Baby products there are lot of wholesalers within Sydney for baby products. Try these and product sure you do your research properly dont do it in a hurry other learned your can get into big financial problems. Take your time. Good Luck
P/S If your business succeeds and any of my suggestions help send me my share. ;) jst kiddin gud luck buddy.
TRY BUYING EBOOKS WITH WHOLESELLERS DETAILS BUT BEFORE PARTING WITH ANY MONEY DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND GET SOEM SAMPLES AND TRY TO SELL THESE TO SEE IF THEY WILL SELL ON EBAY AND ONCE YOU SUCEED YOU CAN TRY SELLING BY BUYING IN BULK

what does TARGET MARKET SHARE miserable?? i call for a paragraph for my business studies work!! hellllllp?

Answers:
Other two responses are close, but the Target Market Share is what you HOPE to achieve near your product/service offering.

For example, supppose you wanted to introduce a unusual carbonated beverage. Part of your plan for that product would be to estimate or target the number of units sold and/or how much of the total carbonated beverage open market you would be able to realize with the latest offering.

It's also used to gauge how significant new marketing or hype efforts are. For example, if Coke have 40% of a local market and Pepsi have 35% of a local market, Pepsi might agree on to spend $200,000 on new ad to see if they could achieve a high market share. In this armour, their "target market share" could be 40%. As factor of the analysis, they might also estimate what market share they could receive if they increased the ad budget to $300,000. If so, they may enjoy a "target market share" of 42%. At some point, they'll cease up with diminishing returns, so continuing to increase the personal ad budget won't necessarily result in any increase surrounded by sales.

Other Answers:
your Target Market Share is the percentage of business you derive from your target bazaar. This is different than mass marketing, in that you are specifically target a certain flea market (ie...18-25 year olds) So your target market share is the percentage of business you gain from that specific souk.
Target market share is the piece of business you acquire from the market you are serving or the flea market you are intended to reach.

The piece of business you draw from can be expressed as a percentage or the number of units sold, or the amount of sale revenue (given that you know the size of your target market contained by units or surrounded by dollars).
Source(s):
My marketing experience
Target market equals the total size of the audience who buys your product or service.
Market share is the percentage of that total number who buys from you.
Example total open market = 1,000,000 - your customer base equals 10,000 - you own a 1% market share. If your customer podium equals 150,000 - you have a 15% marketplace share.

What is the best marketing plan for a small coffee shop within a precinct setting currently grossing $80,000 per year?

Answers:
Starbucks gives you the living-room you don't hold at home. They sell "ambiance" plus flavor plus mixed bag.

Their coffee isn't inexpensive, so what I'm saying is that a low price for your products isn't other the answer to sell more.

Do you own nice coffee cups or do you just vend coffee in the disposable cups? People drink coffe more pleasantly next to nice coffee cups or mugs.

I don't know the market you are serving. Where is the shopping arcade located? In what part of town? Who is the typical customer of your products?

What do they drink beside their coffee?

And we could go on and on near other questions.

Try to attain an answer for stuff related to the traditional for "P's" of marketing: price, product, place, promotion.

Other Answers:
http://www.daylon.com/mba/

I'd try to make it a relaxed environment where on earth people could grasp away from the hectic mall atmosphere.

You could also trade advertisement with other stores...

or..

achieve together with other business owners and publish a precinct coupon book.

or..

make something that smells really yummy. I always plunge for this trick when I'm walking by the pretzel shops.
There are only three ways to bump up revenues in any business. Sell to more customers, go more to each customer and trade more often to these customers. Everything else is a changeability of these things.

Without knowing specifics of your situation, its not possible to lay out the "best plan". However you can assistance yourself by asking questions as to how you can best attract more customers, deal in more to them and get the to return more commonly.

Attracting more customers:
Offers/Promotions - what promotions could you offer to attract more customer?
Product - what can you donate that is special or new in lingo of your product that will help bring surrounded by more customers? Think broadly about this, your product is not in recent times a cup of coffee... it's the service, environment, complimentary product offerings as well.

Selling more to respectively customer:
What are customers spending per visit - how can you increase this? What other products can you hold out them? Cake, sandwiches, CD's? Yes, Starbucks offer music! Not suggesting you do that, but you get the model.

Selling them more often:
What are you doing to bring them rear legs more often? Common is free cup of coffee beside every 20 cups or whatever. If you try, you can probably consider of many more creative ways of doing this. What other things do your customers soak up? Can you tie this in near your product? Another thing to do is to try to set up a bearing to keep surrounded by touch with them - possibly a short fun newsletter sent by email... with some adjectives tips that help your customers surrounded by their daily lives. This keep you on the top of their mind and strengthens the relationship. Of course don't send them anything that is to say wasteful of their time and resources. The knob is to be different and provide something of merit to them.

How long does it run to become a Marketing Manager?

After graduating from university to getting a duty in business -what does it transport & how long before any promotion?

Answers:
Well how long's a piece of string? I did it surrounded by 6-7 years but this involved working for smaller companies and moving jobs to bigger companies when I have gained more experience and looked-for a promotion.

If you leave university at 21 next you will start as a Marketing Assistant. Depending on your skills and growth/opportunity in your company, you could become Marketing Executive surrounded by 6-12 month but more typically two years.

Then it could be another year or two but up to four years to become a people superior - maybe beside a position as a process manager along the bearing (e.g. project manager or war manager).

There's obviously copious factors. Type of marketing, industry, size of company and most importantly how expert and hard working you are! You should ask at interviews how long it took other relations to grow to higher positions.

I disappeared University in 1999 after finishing a business level. I moved into the B2B market by marketing software to other companies. I worked for 2 and a partly years as a marketing assistant, then moved company and worked for 4 years as a marketing executive. I consequently moved company again and got a opening as a campaign chief. Being a manager of the war process rather than a coordinator of people. As the company grew I have to take on an assistant so I gain experience in managing culture. So I'm now a marketing proprietor for a medium to roomy software company, responsible for all the marketing for the UK and one marketing assistant.

Please agree to me know if you have any further question

Other Answers:

United Marketing Association. They call my cell phone yesterday twice, I answered the second time. He told me I was select to enter a sweepstakes, I believe the grand prize be cash, and afterwards a Jeep Cherokee. He asked me what credit card serves me best. I told him visa and I told him that he can enter me in the sweepstakes if I do not hold to purchase anything. He then mentioned "free" magazine, but I'm sure you have to present your financial information and I am not willing to do that next to a company I am unfamiliar near. He said okay, asked if I have any question, to which I asked when is the drawing? I'm not sure if he said May or June 2006. That was the wind up of the conversation and I doubt I was really enter into a sweepstakes. If they call again I will ask them to remove me from their account, because I looked them up online and found some complaints. Check ripoffreport.com. There are a LOT of scams out nearby, please do not give your financial information to someone you do not know! Hope this help.
