I merely did this for my company...
I sent a folded postcard (4"x6" folded) with a magnet inside. The postcard wishes to have TWO trademark tabs (available at Staples) on the bottom top.
Postage... this is where it get a bit tricky. Technically, because it's folded, this piece is considered abnormal size by the US post bureau and when I took the piece to them they said it would cost $.52 per piece ($.39 first class + $.13 for odd size). BUT if you enjoy a postage meter, you can get away beside just posting $.39. My pieces did not catch rejected, but that doesn't mean yours won't. It depends on how picky your post bureau is. I would recommend you send a small exam batch- 10 pieces and see if you can get away near $.39.
