My interrogate is WHY does a company base everyday operation on getting customers to sign up.We are told at meetings that our percentage everyday are based on how copious we can get... contests are even held.. points are given( I even see cashiers fight over who get the signup) and all other stores are compared... at the closing meeting we be told BY THE STORE MANAGER the week sucked so bad that possibly we should look for another job? so guess what I QUIT!! Please can anyone explain why companies are doing this?.... the credit card debt is soooo discouraging in Canada right in a minute and I just dont agree beside this policy am I wrong?

I myself work in financial services, and powerfully if your ethical you wont make as much money because race who value profits tend to rip race off. i see that allot. but if your ethical and trustworthy you will see the profits within the long run. trust me.
