Advertising Marketing Questions and Answers

Change within Packaging = Change surrounded by Brand Identity ? How far is this true ?

If the Brand Physique is altered is it advisable to superficially/radically change or keep up the other aspects of the brand identity prism? Are there any valise studies that could justify the merits of any the above choices? Also what are the primary reason for alteration of the brand physique?

Answers:
Hi yak, Have you seen the Persuaders on PBS? Because nearby are so many products to corner the eye of the consumer, the challenge for marketers is to create a brand identity that become a life style choice and segment of the identity of the consumer. Nike advertising is a faultless example. Nike could update the styles or develop more product lines, but without the swish and reaction, they would just become another couple of sneakers. So if changing paper, the icon and foreboding have to stay indistinguishable. If Geiko changed the gekko at this point, they would feel it. If Victoria's Secret stopped using a indisputable type of model, they, too, would feel it. The more a marketer can coalesce a good product beside a memorable statue, and make the consumer grain an emotional attachment to the product and what the product represents, you own a winner. According to studies, and some of them are mentioned surrounded by the program, people may point out adjectives the logical reasons why they would buy a unusual product, but when they fork out the money, it is emotion that win the day. Nike have used this concept to the max. Every ad represents a vivacity style, the emotion of playing, the drive to win. The stiffness, relief, the sociality and individuality of sports. Nike have it all. So if the brand physique is changed, and the tuning is intended to lead contained by another direction, change it slowly and superficially. You want the consumer to have a feeling like the product is quantity of who he is, to feel a loyalty to the brand beyond plea. To do that, you have to other make it habituated and easy to authorize over all the other brands who are seeking an intense attachment to their product. Campbell's soup is doing this fabulously. Instead of changing paper, Campbell's changed the emotion. Campbell's is what masses of us grew up on, but now nearby are all the variety of "gourmet" soups. Campbell's had to recreate itself, while not varying the familiar casing. The ads enjoy been doing that. Nevertheless, covering usually needs to save up with the times, and other look cutting crest. The best new point that has be around for ages. Just keep constant identifiable features. As the previous answerer mentioned the change surrounded by the Aunt Jemima icon to trade name it more modern, but it is no longer noticeable on the shelf. The god is no longer unique. Packaging should also be changed if the product isn't selling. The product requests to be recreated with a investigational lifestyle representation. Do some searches on "marketing" and "reptile brain". I haven't done it lately, but you will come up next to some interesting stuff.

Other Answers:
very true. the leading reason for shifting a brand's look is for social acceptability and social permissibility changes beside time. The "Aunt Jamima" brand pancake mix ,long ago, had a moderately different looking woman on the label. she be changed from a heavy set almost slave looking woman to a younger, thinner woman to copy more modern times. some African-Americans viewed the elder label as insulting by today's standard.
Certainly.
product or casing
Customers always expect coppers
Change = Growth

how to souk basmati rice to the Chinese ancestors?

especially in the Singapore context. Rice is a staple food to the Chinese and the type of brand they buy is due to behaviour. how are we going to change this need?

Answers:
I think a collective efforts by growers forum and export forums including the hotels can conduct restaurants contained by all the industrial and trade fair and sell them pungent briyani items and give complimentary free rice of partially a kg with instructions to use or any readymade briyani items read to cook. Advertsise contained by TV Follow MAGGY route

Other Answers:
promote Biryani to them and they will like Basmathi
You enjoy to have contacts inside China. Often you enjoy to go to a Trade Fair. Then, nearby is a slow process with the weekly work. It goes from your contacts up to the CCP and put money on down. Also, you MUST know business protocols and etiquette. Every move is important to the Chinese business party. And, their customs are not like American fast-paced business customs.

I sincerely suggest you contact a consulting agency which have expertise in doing business next to China and Singapore.

Where on the internet can I turn to see if an email sent to me is a scam?

Example: Microsoft sending money to people who forward emails.

Answers:
There are in actual fact a bunch of good sites that save track of common scam and report on them - and provide you with useful advice contained by avoiding scams that they haven't specifically tabled.

http://www.scambusters.org/scamcheck.html
http://www.millersmiles.co.uk/identitytheft/spoof-email-and-spoof-web-page-library.htm

But you'll be pretty safe if you permit your common sense guide you. Most e-mails asking you for money, information, or to forward the e-mail are scam. In the example you cite, ask yourself how likely it is that Microsoft would really confer everyone $X who forwarded an e-mail to someone else. How likely is it that they could track it, and why would they wage money for e-mails that aren't targeted to specific consumers. There are much better advertising vehicle out there...

Other Answers:
If you regard as it's a scam, it is. Trust your first instinct.

Open up a second pane. Never use a link that's surrounded by an e-mail where you're surrounded by doubt of it's authenticity.

In the second window, use your browser to find the physical site of the company the e-mails claim to be from.

Contact that company directly through e-mails to customer service or by telephone.

That is the just way to know.

Also, no reputable company will be trying to conscript strangers via e-mail to work for them. Or ask for any personal information via e-mail. Just search surrounded by G00GLE (or Yahoo or MSN) using the key phrases within the email, you might find something useful as within are probably others who have already received such email and posting it surrounded by internet.

Good luck. No reputable company sends anyone money for forwarding emails, nor do they send offering certificates or propose money to charities or dying children for each party the email is forwarded to. If they did wouldn't there be some instructions on how to show this to the company instead of purely "FORWARD THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE" at the bottom of the email.

this is an excellent site to check:

As an example I type in Microsoft and found this page:

It give you examples of the false letter and explanations of the variation of the letters and how long it's be circulating for.

What do adjectives promotional contests state "No purchase necessary"?

Answers:
I think you expected to ask why, not what.

So firstly, it is not actually required within all states, simply those that have a prohibition against gaming, but most products don't differenciate if they are on sale everywhere.

So if a consumer have to pay to enter the competition (i.e. buy the product surrounded by question) it is then inherent to be gambling by imperative, and in masses states illegal. However, if a party can enter the competition without paying, i.e. no purchase, afterwards it is not considered to be gambling and so court.

Other Answers:
They don't all state that. Some require a purchase.

It means you are not required to purchase a product that they are promoting surrounded by order to be enter into whatever contest they currently are running.

why manager enjoy to verbs so much around hand motivation issue?

Answers:
That's what they get remunerated to do... that and because they're slave-drivin Mother Fu_kers!

Other Answers:
Well, if your employees won't want to work work your business won't run and you lose money!!
shouldnt getting salaried and keeping your job be motivation adequate!!??
They want employees that are not apathetic and don't slack off. They want their workers to stay focused on the job. If you stay focused, consequently you should be quick adequate. If you think your not prompt enough for the commission, then don't apply for that errand then.
Simple. Low motivation- low efficency. Low moral = big turnover = high costs.
If youare motivated, you will most plausible to do a good undertaking at work. Managers are paid to do that. It is their living.
Because jobs at the present time are artificial, pathetic excess of time with no purpose except to keep associates off the street and fuel the commercialist money-go-round.

How plentiful jobs provide directly usefull output, approaching farming?

Technology, instead of giving us more entertaining time, has increased work success so that to maintain a plausible level of employment we are forced to complete meaningless tasks.

Example: A gym.
Why the heck do people progress to a gym? (dont even think of adage "to keep fit", "to lose weight", thats a short time ago obvious), I mean why not excercise contained by a usefull way?, build a house or something instead of throwing energy down the drain.

Are flyers considered "push" or "pull" marketing?

Answers:
if theres a person giving out pamphlet and talking abt it briefly-- its conspicuously more aggresive and is probabably push.
but if u just stick'em somewhere or strew them around- its verbs cause populace are attracted to it cause they resembling it. its not aggresive.

Other Answers:
PUSH - Well think in the order of it.

"Pull" is where your open market takes or requests FROM you. Push is where on earth you provide it to them. Unless you wanna stick your flyer on website and allow doanloads and count that :-)
A flyer is Pull markerting as you are pulling people to your busniness. Push marketing would be the use of a distributor or retailer to put on the market your products through promotions etc.
