If you are on a PC near Microsoft Office (full version), use Publisher. Word will do it, but not well and most printers would not adopt that type of file. You could create it within Word, the print a Press PDF (300 dpi minimum setting).
The best option is to find a free assegai designer or a friend that would be able to support you that has a designing program such as Quark Xpress or Adobe InDesign.
Note: you cannot use a photo from the trellis if it is copyrighted, and most of the ones you will find that are free are not high adequate resolution to work for printing.

Here is something you might be surprised to hear...you actually can own a house for pennies on the dollar. I am not completely sure how it adjectives works, but you can purchase a tax lien ticket on a home at like an auction or something (it might change depending on where you live).
