They are spam. Do not respond to them, it just let the spammers know that you receive emails at the address they sent them to. You will only bring back more spam.
If you forward them to anyone, it should be to your internet provider so they and try to catch them within their spam catchers.
Great response was to REPORT as Shams to you Internet provider, I bring them all the time too, and short opening them, they are reported. If that much money be available, don't you think near are other ways to handle it than using strange computer users?

Scam! One of the oldest ones ever. You actually should foward the email(s) to the authorities. I am sure the feds and the local authorities contained by your area enjoy reports of this,but, sending them yours serves as a record of these criminals contacting you. Every once within a while the authorities hit the jackpot on one of these rings. Whatever you do, do not reply, nor, engage within conversation/ chat with the sender. You never know who the sender is, or, who's watching. Delete the crap, and, discoloration it as spam. Block the sender, unless the authorities instruct you to do otherwise.
