In my experience, Dreamweaver is the most comfortable WYSIWYG software that can be used to design as in good health as edit code for websites or applications. Yes it have few basic Flash buttons that you can instantly use. But to achieve more interactive or high-end animations you may have to use Flash itself. You can consequently embed Flash files (swf files) into webpages using Dreamweaver. Frontpage is something I used long time back, but somehow it didn't hand over me that much motivation to explore creativity! You can surely use it as a practice-tool though and then move to highly developed end packages!
As for playing around near purchased templates, it depends on how the template be created. If it is html, you can used Dreamweaver. If it is the flash content that you need to manupulate, after you need Flash!! For the open-handed of presentation items you have mentioned, if you are looking for colorful still metaphors, you may create using Photoshop or if you are planning for animations, best is using Flash!
Flash and Dreamweaver are Macromedia products & Photoshop is Adobe product. Check their websites to procure Trial versions to see if this is what you are looking for!

The name you choose will become the focal point of adjectives the benefits and features that relate to your product or business. Customers will be able to find and refer others to it contained by the future.
Since any name that are suggested here may already be owned by another party, I needed to go a different route...
I suggest any hiring a name creation firm or win together with your friends and/or kinfolk and throw a "name party" & have everyone bounce some design around. Compile a listing of name that you like the best. Once you own that list, do as much free research as you can earlier you delve into comprehensive research.
I listed some links where on earth you can do some preliminary name checking. However, please be aware that this is merely scratch the surface of what's out there. Only comprehensive research will enlighten you if the name is truly available. But, these links are free & a great place to start, so I'd try them out first.
There are other sites that proffer free searching capability in conjunction next to their commercial services, so I'm not able to post those links due to the Yahoo! TOS. You'll also want to check domain name & yellow page, so simply do a search for "free domain moniker search" and "national yellowpages" and the appropriate links will pop up.
