I have have the same issues. I'm sorry to vote that the only remedy seem to be time. G00GLE is definitely the toughest nut to crack, as far as getting your site suitably stationed in the rankings.
My company's site still comes up better contained by Yahoo and others than it does in G00GLE. They of late must have different ranking systems, which, contained by G00GLE's case, I regard as favor the really big and very-long established sites, and not necessarily those that are most relevant. The thing is to maintain tweaking and getting your links out there.
