Hi, I be in N.O. twice since the disaster. The 1st time we worked for 12 hrs a morning 7 days a week for 2 months with little nouns. The scope of destruction that N.O. received is unparalleled to anything I've ever see. I work for an engineering co. and we tried to so hard to procure power and communications up as quickly as possible, beside little effect.
