Its difficult becasue the name 'dream palace' is really desperate, no disrespect intended, but it is hard to come up near a catchy slogan when the name is so flat and predictable. However:

You made this hard on me man, self rethink the name. Since any slogans that are suggested here may already be owned by another gala, I wanted to step a different route...
I suggest either hiring a heading creation firm or get together beside your friends and/or family and throw a "name party" & enjoy everyone bounce some ideas around. Compile a list of slogans that you like the best. Once you hold that list, do as much free research as you can formerly you delve into comprehensive research.
I listed some links where on earth you can do some preliminary name checking. However, please be aware that this is merely scratch the surface of what's out there.
Only comprehensive research will transmit you if the slogan is truly available. But, these links are free & a great place to start, so I'd try them out first.

i would disagree. marketing companies, as you called them, hold no intention in making zombies. they own their own agenda and business plan. they want to promote their product/service, and try to put out as many ad as possible for as little money as possible to cover the most of their target audience. if you don't do anything but watch like peas in a pod show every day, probability are you see their commercial rather regularly. along with other commercials. hence you reflect the companies are after annoying you with their hoarding.
i agree though, there are a unharmed bunch of very annoying ad. i try not to watch them. i monitor less and smaller quantity tv in broad. i do spend more time on the internet, but internet ads are not that annoying, as i am freshly blocking them.
on the other hand, if i hold no other way but keep under surveillance a commercial, i just look at it from a professional point of scenery. trying to guess what was the brief to the agency from the client, and what be probably the original, and what did the client cut and changed?... and so on.. OMG! Those stupid Sonic commercials beside the two guys sitting in the sports car with no personality. I purposely will not eat here now because I in a minute know the company is run by a bunch of morons.
