Just close to a newspaper or a magazine, if it is worth reading, population will read it. I bet there are some existing estate newsletters out there that society actually remuneration to receive.
There are thousands of newsletters that command as much as $300 a year for a subscription, and there are even more that aren't worth facing a birdcage with.

Great question. Believe it or not, I in reality like commercials. I own friends who always switch the channel when the commercials come on. It's extremely annoying because of all the flipping and catching everything contained by the middle.
My favorite of all time is the commercial that made Monster. com illustrious and rich. It originally aired during a Super Bowl and is called, "When I grow up". It's contained by black & white and has children surrounded by a playground giving bleak career discriptions. The final file is a close-up with the chain: "I want to be forced into early retirement!"
Now, I'm kinda fond of the Taco-Bell "good-to-go" ad. A few of my friends and I use that hand motion as a gag. That's fun. I close to the Sea World commercial where the whales are flying.

You really should not be looking to email general public who don't know you. a good approach would be to ring up companies in your nouns and ask who handles the marketing and exposure. Once you have a given name, try to talk to that party first and tell them what you do. You should one and only send an email as a follow up and solitary if they give you assent to do so. As other posters have said, stay away from emailing prospective clients -- this could be see as SPAM.
There are plenty of PPC (pay per click) programs. The 2 biggest, I think, are G00GLE & Yahoo!.
