I'm not a business type human being. This is just an Idea.
Where I live (Edmonton) in that are shoe and leather goods repair stores surrounded by the malls. These have a couple of those thickset sewing machines and sell robust sewing and resoling etc. They also sell a small length of products like wax,polish ,dyes, lace and quites often a small continuum of slippers.
Now here is the thing,Most of them around me also convey a line of custom moccasins, local made. These are not the real soaring grade art store or museum position stuff but are more like comfortable slipper and dispassionate wear stuff. The pricing is not K-mart but it is not super expensive either. These small shops normally have some extra wall or shelf and close to interesting product to display. If it is something that does not cost much in storage,or nurture, and can move enough to payment for itself. they might be interested. Again they seem to be looking for unmatched products that catch peoples eyes and attract them to the prime service, these are not shoe stores but niche marketeers, selling a service.
I have also see some stores with a small display of spiked rime gripping outer soles that you strap on for walking in icy conditions(our sidewalks are doomed to failure for that in winter)which come contained by three sizes, don't take much space to display, and within this case are seasonal. I yearning I had some great and guaranteed philosophy to offer, but this is adjectives for now.
