branding techniqes?

Question:

Answer:
Here is a good article on Branding as very well as lot of resources,
http://brandings.blogspot.com/
Heat up an iron rod with your initials on it and find an unsuspecting subject and press it to their bare skin.
I enjoy yet to find someone who does branding as body art.
typically it is used to indicate who's cattle is who's.

As body art I think its cool. Nothing too big, but nil too small either.
I have read years ago that sterling silver wire be used for it. Bent into the desired shape and then heated up to a scorching amount and then hastily placed on the skin. Its a fast process and most plausible quite raw.
But done right and looked after properly the results can be stunning.

LOL! Looks like I be totally on the wrong page with your quiz ! LOL!~ sorry :)

consumer perceptual map?

Question:

Answer:
you use perceptual maps to digit out how consumers "perceive" your brand in relation to other brands. for example, for the local anaesthetic brands you can create a 2 axis grid and place efficacy on one axis and mildness on the other. so the efficacy axis would range from outstandingly effective to not impressively effective and the mildness axis would band from mild on the stomach to not mild on the stomach. plot brands accordingly. right luck.

Creative free promotion?
Question:
I am looking for creative, free advertising/promotional ideas for an event that I volunteer for. We already own paid exposure (like radio ads and such), but I am looking for free (or cheap) ways that are different than the everyday routes.

We already have the usual, approaching posters and being associated on various sites. We also created a MySpace page for the event.

Does anyone else know of other ways to promote an event? Thanks!

Answer:
Many of the "local" papers within a given area fetch an events calendar which would be free to you to have your event programmed. Typically these come out on a Friday for the upcoming weekend. Get copies of all these papers and the contact information will be down or go to the different paper's websites to see if like peas in a pod is listed lower than a contact us section lower than community relations or possibly promotions, etc. Community calendars exist surrounded by cyberspace too. Type in your nouns plus community calendar into a search engine to locate these.

A few examples effective where I used to live:

what is net marketing?

Question:

Answer:
You sell a product/service to (anyone you like) but commonly to start with it's friends/family/neighbours. The product wishes to be something that is consumable regularly, so you preserve on selling more of the same every week/month/whatever to like peas in a pod people, generate an ongoing turnover. It must also have a long shelf existence, so food products are not a good choice as they may spoil over time and you expose yourself to a variety of safety responsibilities and requirements. Soap & Detergents is the classic example.

At impossible to tell apart time as you sell product, you obtain at least some of your customers to sign-up as distributors themselves. They do duplicate, so after a while you have six relations in your organisation, respectively of whom has six, respectively of whom has a futher six (six is freshly an arb number - any number will do)
You get a "commission" on the sale of all the populace "below" you in the ranking, so if your network spreads far and far-reaching,
You're making a very small amount of money out of the hard work of 6x6x6x6x6x6.etc people - it can run into heaps thousands of pounds/dollars.

The parent company will provide you with the product (whatever it may be) and marketting support/collateral (glossy brochures etc)

Not to be confused next to pyramid selling (which is illegal) where you hold to make a big investment for stock/inventory and consequently try to sell it - contained by NM you "represent" the principal company and take instructions on their behalf.

I've never met anyone who's a millionaire through this, but have met folks who are much better off financially than they be when they worked for a salary.

It's up to you to establish how much effort you put surrounded by. Don't listen to people who enunciate "It'll never work" - If you put the graft in, it can work especially well.

You will not be rich overnight, it's a business you stipulation to run and grow.
Take a look at a company called World Leadership Group - http://bm1445.wlgweb.com - and enlighten me what you think Network Marketing is.
a bloody con
In a nutshell you sign up for some company to supply their product/service/whatever, while also referring other people to sign up lower than you to do the same. You take commissions when you sell the product yourself and when associates under you put on the market stuff. Also depending on the company you may get even more commissions when family under you upgrade their sponsorship in that company.

This is not to be confused beside a pyramid scheme mind you, contained by which only the culture at the top of the pyramid benefit. In network marketing anyone contained by the network can benefit.
Multi-level marketing (MLM) or framework marketing is a business model where the selling of products depends on the culture in the introduce yourself. Not only is a product one sold, but other salespeople are being recruit to sell that same product or product procession. It's probably not a type of business one would initially consider when discussing retail businesses, but Amway used this model quite successfully for lots years.

Advantages: Generally very little startup funding is needed to operate this type of business. Network marketing provides freedom from conventional retailing businesses and offer a greater interaction with adjectives types of people. For those inclined to invest the time, huge profits can be made.

Disadvantages: Too many unscrupulous multi-level marketing scheme exist. Some systems require their dealers to be more interested contained by recruiting brand new members than within selling the products to consumers. It may be difficult to operate without a storefront.

IN MARKETING concept guidance is so obssesed with its marketing that they concentrate lone on marketing selling and distribution not concentrating on product development.if we diversify it we could adjustment this attitude or objective to consumer way of life which is the best and most effective method ..within this we learn what consumer want we produce that engender him aware of the product lastly sell it and preserve a watch on its response and exchange in ways
PRODUCT concept is out dated in this we behave close to a mad scientist who is so smitten with his product that preserve on developing it irrespective of what market think about it...

How much to charge for Banners and Links on my site?

Question:
I have a GREAT Domain Name and I want to Build A BUSINESS Site beside Advertisers in the Field..How do I capture started marketing it and get rewarded? I'm a hairstylist, and I need to solicit and promote my domain within this fieldHOW do I Set-Up and determine an AMOUNT to Charge? ? ?

Answer:
A great domain name is merely that -- a great domain name. It will not lure company to the site in by itself. What the site wants is GREAT CONTENT -- content that is new, compelling, and something people would want to pop in again and again.

I suggest you start by thinking of what the site will be all almost, what its focus will be and what will it contain. Make a plan and think of:

- what are its contents
- how recurrently content will be updated
- who will write the content
- if you will buy the content, where will you buy it
- can you afford to buy content

Once you've figure out the content and started creating the content, think of how you will create the website. Will a blog format work for you, blogs man easy to create and declare but too simplistic for a fully functional advertising supported site? Or will you use a program such as Yahoo's Sitebuilder to variety the site creation process easier? Or will you outsource the creation of the site which of course beg the question of whether you can afford it.

If you are thinking of earn through advertising, minute that there are several ways you can earn money from promotion:

1. Join an advertising introduce yourself. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that submit advertising space, and trade banner ad (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is normally a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not adopt sites hosted by free page services.

Burst Media http://www.burstmedia.com
Fastclick (ValueClick). http://www.fastclick.com
Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com
Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com

2. Participate within contextual advertising networks. Contextual exposure are text ad delivered base on the content of the web page using an automated system.

Contextweb http://www.contextweb.com/
Bidclix http://www.bidclix.com/
Bidvertiser http://www.bidvertiser.com/

3. Sell advertising for your site directly. This is admittedly a more difficult route for a small business site wanting to earn selling revenues. But hey, as they say: "no dull pain, no gain!" The main ask you will ask is "How much should I charge?"

Your advertising rate will depend on several factor:

- Who is your audience and how desirable is your audience to the advertisers? If your audience are techies or those who have the propensity to purchase higher-ticket items, after you can charge a higher price as compared to an audience of bird lovers.

- What is the rate of comparative websites surrounded by your niche? You don't want to overprice yourself out of the market nonetheless you don't want to undercharge as well.

- What is the rate advertisers are feeling like to pay within your site? You may charge $5 per CPM but if nobody's taking you up on the rate even though you may get inquiries, afterwards it could imply that advertisers may consider your rate too expensive. But if you charge $0.50 per CPM and advertisers are flooding contained by, then you may be too cheap and can afford to increase your rate.

- What is the CPM you get hold of from other advertising vehicle? Do you run G00GLE a.d.sense, and if so, what is your effective CPM rate next to them? Or if you run banner ad through ad networks similar to Burst Media, Valueclick or Tribal Fusion, what is the CPM you're getting? You can use those values to help you calculate your rate. It may not always work (e.g. if we use the CPM we obtain from a.d.s.e.n.s.e, nobody's ever going to advertise on our site because our a.d.s.e.n.s.e CPM is too high) but it can dispense you an idea of what rate to use.

- What is the rank of exposure the advertiser wants? You can lower your rate for an advertiser feeling like to sign a longer term contract, speak for one year vis-a-vis an advertiser that signs up for only a month. You can also arrange for special rates if the advertiser is purchasing several exposure products from your site (e.g. advertiser wants to buy streamer ads, course book ads and newsletter sponsorship).

If you're of late starting in the hobby, experiment and see what rate the market will bite. You can start at $1 per CPM ($1 for every 1,000 times the trailer is viewed) and see how it goes. I charge for $5 CPM for ensign ads on my site and we obtain a lot of advertisers for our niche.

There is so much to swot up when you are starting in this hobby. I suggest you read more about the topic, call on internet marketing sites and check out forums such as WebmasterWorld.com http://www.webmasterworld.com
Start with $0.01 USD per click.
The signature of the game online is traffic. HUGE traffic. There are websites that catch 1 million unique hits a month and product little money because that's not a huge audience. You can probably get $4-5 CPM (cost per 1,000 banner shown) if you have a niche site, much smaller number ($1.50 or under) if it's a generic site where the audience is unyielding to identify by demographic. A few cents per click isn't bad, but it's strong to track without giving up a big cut to an agency, and seeing that in the region of .1% of banners are clicked on, you'd lone make a few cents per 1,000 people. I have a website I made for my own use that I promote every in a minute and then among relatives in my industry merely for my entertainment; I get a couple thousand general public coming a month (mostly the same people), and own made $7 in G00GLE Adwords revenue within the past five months. You want $100 to even get a check. Try www.G00GLE.com/adwords this is the best channel to get topical ad that people might certainly click on.

Develop a account past its sell-by date criteria for evaluating bazaar research?

Question:

Answer:
In marketing research everything depends on how you create the questionaire and to whom to ask. There are different scales of formulating the questionaire like semantic differentials, adjective rating score etc;. Like always try to take home the answers short in some approaching only yes or no, adopt, reject etc; so that errors in dillusion can be minimised. Sometimes object type questions are chosen. So it is immensely important to choose the ascend of questionaire and areas that need to be uncovered which will point to the target call for of the company. These are then feed into a statistical study of mean, standard deviation etc; from where on earth even more error correction is done of reporting error, reply error etc; by giving adequate immensity correction in the statistical study. It is meaningful to choose the right candidates for the questionaire to be projected at. That pretty much sums up marketing research. If you can catch hold of a book which is very hoary, Marketing Research and Control by Jolson of Unvierstiy of Maryland which has a worthy explanation of Marketing research it will be worth the effort.
If you are conversation about stock bazaar research the main criteria is the actual dramatization of the recommended stock which you can only evaluate after a dependable time. You need to follow the
suggestions of an analyst in print first; if he was right surrounded by the past
he or she will most credible be right in the adjectives.
