This question is for a moment broad, but here is info that might help:

A better quiz might be how does "brand" affect consumer behavior?
Advertising is only one factor of brand and can accomplish one of 2 things: awareness or reponse.
The affect of advertising on an individual's behavior or buying need can be subconscious as in an awareness fight that is reinforced consistently (think of why general public instinctively ask for a coke without thinking around it) or by directly affecting the behavior
with direct repsonse (a coupon or a mart may make nation act ona mediocre known brand if the advantage proposition is strong enough). check out http://www.udel.edu/alex/chapt6.html#wha...

When I be doing my MBA in marketing I drew an assignment out of a bowl; "Intrroduce a file of razor blades contained by India. Please discuss, manufacturing, marketing, logistics and project an ROI and marketplace share for 1-5 years; charts expected with a presentation".

You are FORTUNATE that you can pick your OWN because I soiled the linen when I saw the assignment.

I be traveling over 100K miles a year without Internet but get it done. I might also mention that it was OVER 50 page and the assistants of my reporst HELPED a TON; they did the typing and format, but I SUPPLIED the data.

If you want to net a difference in marketing suck it on and GET ON WITH IT!

Very honestly, I enjoy NO idea how one can prepare a viable marketing plan contained by SEVEN pages even if you use a 2 point font.

Sorry, but your professor is ASLEEP AT THE WHEELand just does NOT to read REAL stuff.

GOOD LUCK,
Jacques

Does anyone know if other look into engines (like Yahoo!) offer this service?

Yes, AltaVista's Babelfish will translate a Web page or a whole Web site. When surrounded by doubt about the translation, simply translate it put a bet on to see what you get. If it is close you should be alright!
When I search at Yahoo in foreign sites, they do display their flush results in foreign language though you need to be within the foreign site of the Yahoo to get the results. You might carry similar results in foreign language sites in Yahoo US. In other prod engine, MSN, I find some foreign language furrow results.

How much does it typically cost to peddle on a billboard?

Question:
I know it probably varies by location... I live within a rural, tourist area within the mountains of North Carolina. The only defence I'm asking on here is b/c I'm stuck at my desk until 5:30 and can't get out to drive around and see available billboards. Thanks!

Answer:
It adjectives depends, every area is different, and high-ranking traffic (in demand) locations are going to be far more expensive than others, as are size.

The vinyl itself and creation of the billboard will probably run you close to $2K alone, then if you are lucky, you may be looking at $2K a month, but probably safer estimate to double that on up to $10K+... but again, resembling any other form of real estate, it's adjectives about location, location, location. However, your outdoor advertiser may know how to offer alternatives as very well that meets your wishes and budget.
couple grand
Driving around won't assistance. Go to the web sites of some billboard companies, (Carter, Clear Channel, etc.) and check their rates.

Or, check the washed out pages contained by your town for Outdoor Advertising and give them a ring up.
Dear DUH,
You are so right - location i.e. cars per day/week is critical. Other factors will be length of lease, number of possible change, lighting, movement.
Be sure to check the maintenance agreement for wind/rain/snow vandalize.
IT MIGHT BE BETTER to find a good piece of landscape and either buy the topography, or rent it, and out up your own billboard! If you live in a rural nouns, I have see them available in rural inside new york for a few hundred a month. It is adjectives based on traffic obviously, so it will be best if you drive around and try to locate some bargains. Even at a few hundred a month, dream of how much land you might buy for a few hundred a month along a rural roadside. PLUS, you market one side of the billboard to a marketing firm then they rate for your land.
I would check next to local advertisers in your nouns. I've paid up to 1500 per month.
You'd own to contact the company who owns or has selling rights to post on the billboards. These sites have contact information for rentable billboards surrounded by North Carolina:

How does prejudice effect consumer attitudes?

Question:
I need this for my research essay, please comfort, thanks seriously ^^

And sorry about b4

Answer:
Prejudice is, as the term implies, the process of "pre-judging" something. In common, it implies coming to a taste on the subject before research where the preponderance of the evidence in fact lies, or formation of a judgement without direct or actual experience.
If a consumer pre-judges a fastidious product to be good in need experiencing the product, then it is credible that the consumer will purchase the product. If on the other hand he pre-judges the product to be bleak then he will display an opposed response to the product and he will influence others not to buy the product. Hope this helped!

Public Relations pros: Is 300 placements per yr. a successful PR program (for a mid size company)?

Question:
The company makes glorious end products that are economically respected (but pricey).

Answer:
300 placements is certainly deeply (especially for a mid-sized company) but I prefer to look at quality not body in my PR results. I feel that feature stories return with more PR value than a mention within an article or news brief. Also, it's better if this brand of coverage is positive rather than unenthusiastic.

When I look at PR results, I look at the following:

- The news outlet (national, local, well-respected industry trade, etc.)
- Audience conquer
- Ad equivalency
- How much my company is featured within a specific story
- How much about us is positive and/or distrustful
- Are there third-party endorsement (i.e. customer or vendor quotes)
- Are the right messages included

If in that is a way to tie sale performance to the timing of when a story run, that would be a good calculate. For example, if sales at your company increase a trustworthy percent (say 5-10%) after a story ran, you could right to be heard that the coverage was a possible factor.

Generally, if you own 30-50 quality placements contained by a year versus 300 MENTIONS, then I would influence that's a successful PR program. But, if you got 300 QUALITY placements within a year, then that's phenomenal. For a small to mid-sized company, 10-20 point placements would be good. But I'd still shoot for the stars! :)
Any publicity is better than no publicity so nearby is no hard and rapid rule as to how much coverage one should get. It should be monitored on regular idea so any adverse publicity is converted to your advantage surrounded by time. The aim should be towards building long term relations next to the media to some extent than short term burst.
i suppose i depends on the content and point of the PR, rather than the aspect!
Id' tend to agree its a bit arbitary without knowing whether they polite placements in relevent press, or are you thinking of setting this as a target for an agency contained by which case ego assume they would be taking about relevancy rathern than merely sheer volume. Sounds a high number any way! So any well done or righteous luck
