G00GLE Adwords -- Charges for False Clicks?

I am an Adwords advertiser and recently I own been comparing my page view (how many times a company sees a page) to the number of clicks G00GLE have been charging me. On November 25th, my Web site have 308 page views, but G00GLE charged me for 705 clicks.
In any other business, that would be call fraud. Part of me wonders if G00GLE is doing this to other Adword advertisers and that is how they are “jacking up” their revenues, thus increasing their stock price that hasn’t be seen since the “Dot.com” bubble burst contained by the late 1990’s.

G00GLE have been sued close to crazy for click-fraud.
It wouldn't surprise me if behind their doors, they enjoy hundreds of employees of late clicking their own ads. It's a license to print money for them.

Well, I am a writer myself and just get my book accepted :) I go a completely different route than most people. I am working through a different benign of publisher. Bear with me, because it sounds approaching a vanity press, but they are if truth be told unique surrounded by how they operate.
