Well Dear if you have to ask a panel of goofballs this query how are you going to do it yourself once you find out??

Just go to the company website and look for the pick..
I'm not sure what you're in the bazaar for, but major electronics retailers such as Best Buy and Circuit City do hold this option.
Can you be more specific as to what type of product(s) you are inquiring for? To answer your question, YES, here are a number of retailers that set aside that service;however, as stated previously, you need to identify the product(s) you are looking for.
sear, best buy
Answer is yes. Most retailers (grocers included) have an internet trellis site that you can order from. Some will tolerate you pick up and some will not. Just have to check. I use this method & it is so much easier. You own to check on their return policy...what is involved, is there a cost, etc. That can variety some retailers more attractive than others.

How to select a proper keyword for a website?

Question:

Answer:
Use a great research tool such as

http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/...
http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/sugges...
http://www.seo2020.com/seo-tools/keyword...
http://www.nichebotclassic.com/...

They are all free :)
The proper keyword permanent status comes from deciding what your customer will enter to find your product. Define your bazaar first - everything else comes from this first step.
There are many keyword tools available. It depends on your website and what type of marketplace you are targeting. For example if it be a weight loss site it would be crazy to try and target a generic occupancy like "solidity loss' as there would be to much competiton. If you budge to my website you can get a free SEO ebook that have a large sector on keyword selection. Also beneath webmaster tools is a number of free keyword tools I use.
1.
The right keywords to place on your site will intrinsically be keywords that web users use to turn out for that particular topic.

2.
The subsequent question to ask will be, what are these "magic" keywords. If you know, wouldnt it be fantastic.

3.
Yes there is such a tool that capture what people switch in to look for a unique topic.
For a list of them L
thieve a look at http://www.geocities.com/lcming/website2...

4.
Pick any of the tool. eg Overture. Key in the most relevant keyword relating to your topic and press enter.

5.
The results shown are the popular phrase and words that have been used

6.
Try and error next to a few words and phrases and you will get a rough touch what you should use
It's going to be a process, and should involve a good deal of research and nouns of your website content/purpose. Good keyword selection should give somebody a lift into account who your target audience is, how they will promising search for information, and whether or not you can deliver on the promise implied by that survey phrase.

Once you've got a group of core keywords, organizer to some of those free research tools, or consider investing in WordTracker or KeywordDiscovery to gain better information on actual use of your phrases, not to mention the likelihood that you can compete for position on those phrases.
Hi,

Yes, indeed. Get this book: Search Engine Optimization - An Hour a Day by Jennifer Grappone and Gradiva Couzin. It's adjectives you need to pulsate you competition.

Of course, you don't set up SEO on your Web site. It's the things you do to attract targeted traffic to your Web site.

Search engines look for lots of quality content, lots of page with relevant and interesting content - information that people find interesting and helpful.

Visitors are not looking for your Web site. They wish information via keywords entered within a search engine resembling G00GLE.

Keyword analysis is the first step in SEO. G00GLE can give support to you with that.

The G00GLE AdWords Keyword Tool is an excellent preliminary brainstorming tool. Let's right to be heard that you have ten philosophy for a theme or Site Concept. This tool give you a superb "high stratum snapshot" of how profitable each of your Site Concept possibilities might be. Here's the URL: https://adwords.G00GLE.com/select/keywor... - remember, it's free.

Many populace new to Web site creation believe that you purely create a Web site and they will come. Like the baseball movie, Field of Dreams (1989), where Kevin Costner creates a baseball corral in the middle of nowhere and soon thousands are flocking to the grazing land.

This only happen in the movies, not surrounded by real vivacity.

You must attract the search engines(SEs). The most cost potent way to do specifically by creating lots of Web pages beside quality, relevant content (information) that match user's needs and requirements for information..

Potential company do not look for a web site per se. They do not enter your Web Address. They are looking for information. They do not enter your Web site URL into an SE. They enter keywords or phrases into the SE and the SE responds next to millions of Web sites in copious cases and then the surfer may sort his keyword more relevant and try again. Most surfers only look at the first few page even though there may be millions of hits on a distinctive keyword.

So the first thing you must do is to brainstorm you keywords - which keywords are relevant to the subject matter of your Web site.

But this is not enough. Remember the concept of supply and constraint?

Let me explain. If there is a low supply of something, read out a commodity like coffee, that vehicle that there is not much available. What happen if many population all want plentifully of coffee. That creates a big demand for coffee, but when they stir to buy coffee the price has gone up. It go up because the demand exceeded the supply. This cause the coffee growers to grow more coffee. They grow too much and there is a big supply, so the price drops because the emergency has dropped owing to the increase contained by the supplies of coffee.

The same concept can be applied to keywords or phrases. Really scarce keywords with just any supply related to your Web site theme.

How do you find those keywords that hold a huge demand and particularly little supply?

Aye, that's the rub.

One of the ways to do this without spending any money is to use G00GLE's AdWord tool: (https://adwords.G00GLE.com/select/keywor...

This tool is certainly intended to help advertisers resolve which keywords to buy. It provides Demand (they call it "Search Volume") and "Advertiser Competition" (another benign of Demand for your keywords!). This tool even provides the "monetary value" (optional) of your keywords (i.e., what advertisers can expect to pay).

So what do you (a publisher (a Web site builder), not an advertiser) look for? Remember this for now...

* the more relevant keywords that are generate by this tool,

* the greater the Demand ("Search Volume") for the keywords,

* the greater the "Advertiser Competition", and

* the more the keywords cost advertisers...

... the better for you!

Just go through the tutorials that G00GLE have to offer.

The other tool for keywords is Wordtracker - it is not free, but is the best on the Web for analyzing keyword emergency and supply: (http://www.wordtracker.com/index.html) Try their free trial. I entered "free keyword analysis" into G00GLE and get 11 million hits so you know it's a hot topic.

Once you know what your keywords are, they form the basis of creating Web page for your Web site. You sprinkle relevant keywords throughout your Web page. These will attract the SEs and if you have satisfactory pages, you will rise up through the ranks and hopefully bring about a listing on the first page of the SEs.

The SEs use software call "spiders". The spiders job is to crawl the entire universe of Web sites and index them by keyword. The database index is why they can return an answer so speedily because there are presently a billion Web sites or so and still growing fast.

You maintain adding page to your Web site - the more pages the better. That's why the phrase, "Content is King!" come about. The SEs love lots of illustrious quality content.

That's also why most 5 - 10 page Web sites attract no targeted traffic. The SEs merely ignore them.

No content, no crawlers for you...impossible dog.

However, all is not lost because once you carry to about 30 page, the SEs begin to bring notice. When you realize 50 pages, you may see a page rank number one in an SE, but don't stop at hand. Keep adding page - just one a morning would mount up to 365 in one year.

Now, where on earth do you find software that can build your Web site. Here is one that is free and it's plentifully like Microsoft's Front Page. These are sometimes call WYSIWYG editors, pronounced "wizeewhig" and means "What You See Is What You Get". Another more expensive editor is Macromedia's Dreamweaver, but this costs several hundred dollars. These are designed for the Geeks of the world.

The Web site for the free WYSIWYG is: (http://www.nvu.com/index.php). NVU; pronounced "New View". There are free tutorial in attendance. More tutorials can be found by entering "free nvu tutorials" in G00GLE.

You may want to try GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program). This is a free graphics editor that rivals best of breed Adobe Photoshop. There are free tutorials for GIMP, too here: (http://www.designyourownweb.com/gimp-tut...

It's a angelic idea to hold some pictures and graphics on your Web pages to tantalize your company. . Not too many, though, because the flush engines only endorse text. The slight the pictures and graphics.

We now own to get renowned by the SEs. If you have satisfactory high aspect content and are patient, eventually the SEs will discover you. Impatient nation use something called Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Internet Marketing. Here is a spanking new book that does just that: "Search Engine Optimization - An Hour A Day" by Jennifer Grappone and Gradiva Couzin.

Then, in attendance is Brad Tabke's "26 steps to 15K a day". It boils down to solid content thoughtfully put together can make more impact than a decade's worth of tweaks that may or may not work such as fiddling beside META tags. Find his 26 steps here: (http://www.frihost.com/forums/vt-2797.ht...

This is the exact same plan used by Site Build It. See Ken's blog: (http://blogit.sitesell.com/waltera1.html... I'm not axiom Brad stole it from Ken Evoy, but Ken developed what is known as the C + T + P + M formula.

This is how the formula works:
Create in-demand content (information) - C
Attract Targeted Traffic (visitors) - T
Presell Those Visitors - P
Monitize Presold Traffic - M

Content
Web users dig out for information, for solutions. They are not looking for you - they don't even know you (yet!). They seek what you know. Give it to them. Convert your experience into in-demand Content. (http://ctpm.sitesell.com/waltera1.html)... To succeed online, start where they start - at "the scrabble."

Traffic
Your topical content ranks high at the Search Engines (ex., G00GLE, Yahoo!, MSN), attracting free, targeted (i.e., interested), open-to-you people. Basically, these future customers "come across you" at your site. These visitors are prearranged as "Traffic.".

PREsell
Complete strangers develop trust and confidence in you. Why? You "PREsell" by OVERdelivering what they aim... relevant, original, information.

Deliver it surrounded by your own voice, in your own bearing. Go beyond merely instilling confidence... your visitors will approaching you.

Monetize
Convert warm, willing-to-buy ("PREsold") people into income. Called "Monetizing," this is the easy slice. But "M" cannot happen if you founder to first execute C T P. This is where 99% of small businesses go wrong.

Brad also created and runs one of the best forums for Web site building information at: (http://www.webmasterworld.com/)

Get this book about G00GLE: G00GLE Hacks by Tara Calishain and Rael Dornfest. Some of the hack are written in perl. I do perl, but at hand are other hacks which don't require it.

So hack away. And don't forget to check out Brett Tabke's "26 Steps to 15K a Day".

P.S. Finally, capture this book: "Spidering Hacks - 100 Industrial strength Tips and Tools" by Kevin Hemenway and Tara Calishain.
Why limit yourself to one keyword? Most meta strings will allow you 255 characters. simply separate the keywords with commas.

What's the hush-hush to getting my site to show up surrounded by search out results?

Question:
My site has be spidered by Yahoo and G00GLE, but I cannot get any of my page to appear within the first two or three page of results, even if I do a search for the specific title of a page. Anybody who can bequeath me some ideas on how to revolutionize my search results ranking minus resorting to some SEO scam site will have my gratitude. The one whose idea(s) hold the best chance of working will acquire my "Best Answer" vote.

Answer:
Firstly, your site is still relatively young, your domain mark was registered surrounded by July 2006 and expires July 2007. There is a belief that G00GLE ranks websites that have a longer domain registration extent i.e. it would be better if your domain name expired surrounded by July 2011 (five years), this gives your domain pet name more credibility as G00GLE knows you aren't going anywhere (I mention G00GLE because they hold the monopoly amongst the search engines).

Secondly, you will obligation to continuously create more backlinks to your site (high priority of G00GLE's algorithm). Advertising in directories is well brought-up for backlinks but they don't provide the traffic that they promise. As your site is still young I suggest keep hold of being moving in community forums approaching Yahoo Q&A and inserting links to your site wherever possible. Try network at myspace (biggest online social network surrounded by the world), also forums that are related to your website etc... Basically get inside your target market's principal... where will they be online? I reckon history students would be a good place to start?

You can't rely on prod engines to provide organic traffic until your site is more ripened. Don't panic though, it will come. However you will have need of SEO at sometime or other to get top rankings. I do provide my clients near free SEO reports as I was once where on earth you were and know how you touch. Don't worry it's not a scam, I craft my money through web design. Once you've read through the SEO reports you will know what desires to be done.

There is too much to mention in this forum, I hold started a blog where I hold some helpful links for marketing. It's still investigational though, I only begin yesterday so please bare beside me...

One more thing... Your site took reasonably awhile to upload, even with my broadband... I suggest decreasing your jpeg size or converting them to .gif format. This will sort a world of a difference and will keep people clicking through your site without becoming frustrated.
Very undemanding: pay money to G00GLE or Yahoo. How else do you ponder companies come up on top in the dig out list? The more you income, the higher you come to an end up in the results. No banter.
Sometimes it takes a whilekeep resubmitting it, also construct sure all your meta sticker and key words are relevant. Put words that appear on your page within these, also put variations of the words...it is somewhat time consumeing but WILL PAY stale!! There is one place I found that searched my meta and knob words to see if they were righteous!! Try putting all your divisions lower than your keywords

I also put "add my site" and "submit site" or "scour Optimization" under furrow on yahooDo this kind of stuff and you should be adjectives good!!

GOOD LUCK!

PS Do cooperation exchages and craigs list append your link on your myspace page..

If you involve more info let me know!!
when u interested any website, u will find "View" in the toolbar, click on it and travel to "source".

Now when u create a website, u write in ur meta tag every possible words ur target market will use to scrabble for ur industry/product/service. Will they use the word "library", etc etc.? Let the web "spiders" do the crawling for ur site. as you would expect u can pay to achieve ur site listed on first or second. But u can enjoy it listed on first page too when u own all the meta tag possibly used by ppl who will search for Robinson Library.

The subsequent thing u wanna do is bazaar ur website. This I think u will slowly revise by checking out websites that teaches u how to open market ur site to ur target mkt.

Good luck!
go to http://ewbsmith.com for some free software to download. You enjoy to have the right meta tag and you also have to be getting adequate hits. It's kind of a detain 22. If you don't get the hits you won't be shown. If you're not shown, you won't get hold of the hits. You have to be driving traffic to your site through other medium like email campaign and ads. It doesn't come to pass overnight. Place a free ad on Yahoo.
try putting as masses search words.and add on the content.
try submitting them for different search engines and increase the expiry time of year of ur site.

below r some sites that help u to submit for free for plentiful search engines.

ALL OF THESE R FOR FREE

http://www.addpro.com/submit30.htm..
http://www.submitshop.com/freesubmit/..
the above will sustain u register ur site inmany search engines. Hence when folks search for a keyword that u hold set for ur site, ur site will get tabled. For this u have to use the meta flap in the html form.
www.sulekha.com
this is a place where on earth u can advertise ur site. u r given a space for free and for charge if u wish to.
you can also do equal using rediff.
the same as above.
You stipulation to get subsidise links. Links from other related sites is a must. You do not need to submit and resubmit your site to G00GLE. Once they find your connect on another site they will index it. Also you could be in an age snag. Yahoo and G00GLE have these.

Also build sure your content is original.

How do paid-to-read company work? Can I trust them?

Question:
I've recently coupled a paid-to-read company (PTR)
I even became a platinum extremity by paying 450 USD
But haven't receive money. Can I trust them? Where they get their money anyway?

Answer:
Usually these programs are free to fix together.
They send emails stuffed beside links to pages that you own to 'review'. All pages are loaded beside contextual advertisements and you are impelled to click on ads .. the rationale is that the company (usually that's an on dash serial publisher) receives commissions for respectively and every click that you make on ad.

Major search engines enjoy recognized the schema and responded by developing smart algorithms to kernel out real from bogus clickers
.. eventually, as a premium branch you will receive for review expensive pages near ads from lawyer, medical professionals and other people that roughly pay few dollars per personal ad

Example: as a premium member you receive a bunch of page for review and you click on 20 ads that cost at average 2$ respectively .. advertiser get charged 40$ ... 20$ go to G00GLE or yahoo or whoever the ad space provider is ... publisher receive 20$ and gives the reviewer 5$.

PTR companies live on the border as they are under constant risk to be prevented. They count either to outsmart want ad space providers (by trying to look like interested clickers) or to lolly out big before one banned.
It's a complete scam! I hope you used a credit card or can stop your grant, because these things are completely bogus. Don't be surprised of your credit card company gives you trouble over stopping wage. Most cardmember agreements do not protect you in the event you use the card for business purposes, and seeking employment is considered "business".
Sound similar to you have be scammed
Look the company up here: http://search.bbb.org/

Most companies that want money up front are "scams". Some offer lawful opportunities that require deeply of work and money to get access to, but they are exceptional. If you are curious about how lawful the company is, do your research before giving them your money.
I am sorry to transmit you that they are getting their money from you!

Please do a G00GLE search on the company you a near and put the word [scam], using the brackets, behind the label of the company and the owners of the company and see what comes up.

Please don't give them anymore of your money!

Suzanne

How does avon company promotes and peddle its products?

Question:

Answer:
They advertise through their network site, sales consultants and word of mouth. Not similar to the door to door sales they used to do within the older days.
They also allow their consultants to set up kiosk at malls, military exchanges and a few store fronts. Some schools and other organization use Avon for fund raisers.
They have be around so long that word of mouth is their best advertisement.
Well, avon have a website (http://www.avon.com) but usually you just writ products through a sales representative that works independently.
Yes I found awhile stern but since I have not hear over the inter near or local.
Good sound out. Through its network of intricate distribution channel. You will be able to get hold of more info here @ http://www/geocities.com/lcmin...
Technically, avon does not promote or advertise it's products itself. Avon is built on the back of independent sales reps or distributors working on a commission cause.

True, they have a network site, but that site is there to fence in sales from general public who go online and basically type "avon" in their browser, or society that try to bypass putting money into the pockets of a sales rep or distributor.

Avon, amway, and abundant other companies have a lower overhead because they spend remarkably little on advertising. Besides, it would not be economically doable for avon to compete against their sales reps and/or distributors which bring contained by the bulk of their sales and preserve their overhead expenses down.

Avon works smart, not hard... by letting independent sale reps and distributors spend their own money advertising, distributing catalogs, have avon parties, running down friends, relatives, work associates, etc... consequently, add to that, the certainty that these sales reps and distributors bring contained by more sales reps and distributors to bazaar and sell avon produucts short the company itself lifting a finger or spending one dime on selling it's products or advertising to increase the company's profits.

A sagacious business man once said, "I'd rather own 1% of the profits from the efforts of 100 relatives; than to have 100% of the profits from my own efforts". Think in the region of that and you'll see avon working within that quote. So, surrounded by fact, they spend most money selling a business or money making opportunity than selling products.

Hopefully this answer have been to your gratification for the question you asked.
I construe a better question to ask is how doesn't avon promote and publicize its products!

They have salespeople and magazine and a website and each salesperson have their own website. Since they do not have a location where on earth you can purchase their products, they rely on advertising and promotion to net their profits.

But their biggest promoter is:

The Avon Lady

My Avon Lady is wonderful and her name is Yvonne. She brings magazine and samples and she is massively reliable. She points out great deals too.

People approaching having an Avon Lady and I know that if they get rid of Avon Ladies then Avon would stir out of business for sure.

Not only does Avon rely on its representatives to "catch the word out', but they also have TV and Magazine Ads.

AVON IN APRIL MAGAZINES. InStyle (pg. 467) list ANEW Clinical Retexturizing Peel among its "148 Best Beauty Buys." The "Ask Val" column in O, The Oprah Magazine (pg. 114) touts Skin So Soft Soft & Glow Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer. And Glamour (pg. 182) praises Avon as one of America's "eco-friendly" company.

Ads will run surrounded by the May issues (in stores soon!) of Oprah, Women's Day, Better Homes & Gardens, Good Housekeeping, Ladies' Home Journal, Family Circle, Parents, and First for Women.

Two Hello Tomorrow commercials featuring unadulterated Avon Representatives will debut April 9th on all four networks and dozens of cable stations including Lifetime, CMT, Fox News, Nick at Nite, The Food Network and the Weather Channel.

Jennifer Hudson, of American Idol and Dreamgirls will soon secure the list.

"Hudson is the latest face of [Imari] Seduction," reports Vibe magazine (March 9). "[Avon] hired her to represent its best-selling fragrance, Imari, and the spanking new Imari Seduction scent," says USA Today (March 22). "...her nouns will smell all the sweeter." Hudson/Avon reports enjoy appeared in papers as far away as Tunisia! The Hello Tomorrow war has be well covered, too -- including a 1000-word point in the New York Times (March 15) which analyzes the solicit votes.

In a three-page Allure feature, "A Man's Opinion," author Judith Newman spends a sunshine with a manly Avon Representative and several of his Customers. The article describes the male representative as "one of the growing number of men" who own joined Avon. He is shown to be an influential salesman, and he speaks very outstandingly of the Representative experience: "There are many folks who... well, perchance things weren't going well contained by their lives. But Avon helped turn their lives around."

So as you can see, Avon does spend money to promote their products.
