Phone your touchtone phone company and give them the number and they'll inform you what it is. They wont tell you the exact given name but they will say "it's a phone company or an electric company" etc

i be getting funny phonecalls from an 0845 number last hours of darkness but when i answered it was silent not deceased just silent.
Ring BT and explain, they will sort it out for you and possibly update you who is calling.

Easy! When you answer the phone, enunciate, "hello - who is calling please?". They should then offer you your required answer.

Have a woman sitting on a bench by a tree which has a bee hive surrounded by it. Have her put her walk over, put her fingers contained by the honey combs, without human being stung, and licking her fingers. Let her have a great big smile and your slogan can be "See what adjectives the buzz is about". While the bees are flying around and she is still all smiles.
TV flier shows primitive man brushing teeth with actual honey comb. Narrator say, something to the effect that no more (wax) worries. We have unknown honey flavor tooth paste.

Who would buy honey flavoured toothpaste?! Honey is all sugar, next to a mild taste. Who i their right mind would want to brush their teeth beside that?
If you are advertising to the children's flea market i would think have a cartoon traits to the logo for honey would be the best way to stir. Children buy by image, and pea rant will do anything to get in attendance children to enjoy cleaning in attendance teeth.
