please no spaming and no bad answers. i purchased a notebook at circuitcity the a1720n which is intel core 2 duo 6300, 1 gig strike, 320 hd windows vista home premium. i took it home and i run a benchmark on microsoft.com called window game advisor. when i run it crashed the pc. so i installed some free anti virus and spyware and removed norton program because norton sucks. and i still enjoy the same problem the notebook reboots to blue screen and restarts when i keep under surveillance videos, multi odd job, play runescape or any games while doing somthing. also when i push the dvd open button it does not work. i enjoy to push with a pencil lately to open it. presently i want to return it and i know they have a 15 percent restock duty for returning. but if i EXCHANGE will i get full compensation on exchanging or will they take bad 15 percent from that too? also since i removed norton security on within will that void my return? i also bought a backup repossession, which added 60 dollars will they refund that too? i can`t stand losing money.

From my experience beside CC they are pretty much dead set on their return policy. You open it so you will have to recompense the 15% restocking fee. They will check your piece of equipment when you bring it back (set it up beside a monitor) so they will probably see that you removed software. That shouldn't void your return though. You should bring back the backup money too without hassle.
Also.. If you choose to exchange their policy say:
There is no restocking fee for defective product returned surrounded by exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box
which would mean to me that you wouldn't lose anything if you exchange for alike computer. You should be able to proove that it is defective when they hook it up to recheck.
