Get traffic! You could bring back traffic to your site by joining related forums, which means you should be talking/meeting population who are interested on what you are selling. The thing here is that you should build your own community by taking to the right individuals on the right places.
Also, you may want to try to submit your url/link to search engines and directories so relatives would know your site once they do their search. Most of these directories and seach engines are free anyway.

From the clothes collectors that turn out to be companies and not charities? I have tried to trace a couple of them and they use bogus LTD company name that have any NEVER traded or ceased trading. I would urge you adjectives not to give to these profiteers and make a contribution to bonafide charities instead

Yes lots of them. If you havn't heard of them or they are hazy (eg clothes for the third world) Then they are probably fake con merchants.
i enjoy had blue stacks with a guide wrapped round it asking for clothing, dont know if thats bogus or not

Aint received any leaflets but thankfulness for warning. Anyway I other donate my clothes in those clothes bank which are next to the recycle bottles etc.
I only ever distribute to my local charity shop and if I need a sack I shift down to the shop and they are very cheerful to give me one.
I never donate via the doorstep as:
a)you never know whos collecting it.
b)someone else could cut the bag.
c)you could even find wild animals ripping it apart and after making a mess for you to clean up.
d)another charity collecting could even steal a sack not ment for them (it has happend).

Answer:
An adversarial company, from my understanding, would be a company that competes beside another. For example, Kelloggs would be an adversarial company to General Mills or Post. (or Ford to Toyota, etc). Their primary function would be the same as the other competitors.
