Question:
What is the difference regards http.. and www.? And enjoy not receive answer for the previous question in the order of the fee of $299.00 also, will you bring up to date more about?
Answer:
Your press is really confusing. If you want to get to www.americansuni.com, you can budge to your address bar and of late type americansuni.com and it will take you at hand. no need to do www or that stuff.
I answered this a few days ago when you submitted practically same interview, so below is same answer...and as far as http or www, those are just the extensions used contained by the address bar.
The Yahoo! Director: https://ecom.yahoo.com/dir/submit/intro/... is different from the Yahoo! furrow engine. Directory sites have to be approved by a human mortal at Yahoo!. They have the right to adopt or refuse the entry. They do charge $299 for the submisssion. if the site is official, then you will be charged $299 respectively year. If the site is not accepted, you still hold to pay the $299 for the review. Often times, if site is refuse they will tell you why.
A site can be refuse based on 'non-professional look and feel'. deficit of a real address and phone number viewable at page bottom as capably as a contact page. Pages that do not load or a slow to nouns. Sites that appear to use spam techniques...and other reason as well.
The Yahoo! Directory is made up of category. To do a Yahoo! search to find the best category for your site:
From the front page, look into on a term relevant to your site.
From the trellis search results page, select the Directory tab below the search box. This will confine your dig out to sites listed surrounded by the Yahoo! Directory.
Under the search banister you will see a list of "RELATED DIRECTORY CATEGORIES" and relevant sites from the Directory will be programmed under "TOP 20 DIRECTORY RESULTS". You can review the enumerate of Directory categories related to your search out term and you can see different categories programmed under the description of respectively site listed contained by Directory Results. When you click on a category, you will go to that page surrounded by the Directory. You will see a "Suggest a Site" link located to the right of the check out box on the Directory page.

Keep these guidelines in mind surrounded by order to find the most relevant Yahoo! Directory category for your site:
Be specific
When you suggest your site, be as specific as possible. Browse philosophical into the Directory, looking for the appropriate subcategory. Try searching for words that relate to your trellis site, and take a look at the "Related Categories" that appear within your search results.
Commercial or non-commercial?
Does your site trade something, promote goods and services, or represent a company that sell products and/or services? If so, then the site belongs somewhere surrounded by the Business and Economy section of the Yahoo! Directory. Usually the site belongs surrounded by sub-categories within Business and Economy > Business to Business or contained by Business and Economy > Shopping and Services. If you have a commercial site, you'll stipulation to submit it through the fee-based Yahoo! Directory Submit process. For more information about Yahoo! Directory Submit, please read our Directory Submit FAQs.
Is your site regionally specific?
Local business? Regional history? Neighborhood sports club? If your suggested site is of hard to please interest or relevance to a specific geographic region, then suggest it to a regional category. For example, a museum surrounded by New York would be suggested within the "regional" nouns of the Directory specific to New York Museums.
Regional > U.S. States > New York > Cities > Manhattan > Entertainment and Arts > Museums and Exhibits
If your site is both regionally specific and commercial, then suggest it to the appropriate Business and Economy category. In other words, consent to us know it's a commercial site, and we'll take thinking of the regional placement.
Personal?
All personal home pages live contained by the Society and Culture > People > Personal Home Pages category. Is your page all something like you? Go to this category and suggest your listing from within.
When the category fits...
Are you suggesting a site for a music magazine? A site for a real estate agent within Tucson, Arizona? A hockey fan page? A quick-and-dirty guide for naissance investors? If you're suggesting a business site, search the Directory for your competitors and see what Category they are programmed in. Click on the Directory tab to see which related Directory category are listed. Different Sitemap Formats?
Question:
I have generate the sitemap for my website by a sitemap generator. It came out beside .xml,.txt,.html and .ror format.I know it has to be submitted to G00GLE contained by .xml format.
Should I upload the .txt format as well for some other benefit (like indexing on msn)
I can have the following links then-
www.domain.com/sitemap.xml
www.domain.com/sitemap.txt
Would this be benefecial or adverse?
Answer:
This is not required. XML sitemap is the standard one suggested by G00GLE. Thought its only rumoured that MSN sniffs some information from the text one, so you may want to upload it too, but not others. There is no guarantee on MSNs efficiency in crawling the txt format sitemap.

Questions related to sitemaps?-Yahoo and G00GLE?
Question:
On April 11-Yahoo announcesd that they would use the same sitemaps as G00GLE to crawl the websites---is within a separate method to submit sitemaps to Yahoo-just like G00GLE have or is it just similar to submitting a free website on yahoo
Answer:
There are two ways to submit your sitemap to Yahoo. One is through a pointer contained by the robots.txt file and the other is via a Yahoo submission page.
You can read in the order of the two methods here http://www.ysearchblog.com/archives/0004...

Frequency of submission to look into engines?
Question:
After how many days-should a website be submitted to searche engines (msn/yahoo/G00GLE)
If we be paid new page for the website--do we submit them separately to the search engines?
On making unmarked chanes in the website-we do the corresponding change in the sitemap as well-so should we resubmit the fresh and the changed sitemap?
Answer:
It is not clear which sort of sitemap you are referring to? "Sitemaps can be of two kinds; a page or page on your site that lists the page on your website, often hierarchically organized or ‘G00GLE Sitemaps’ which is a process that allows site owners to submit urls of page they would like to own included in G00GLE’s index. The two kind of sitemap serve slightly different purposes, both important". http://www.seo-blog.com/sitemaps.php...
You should not submit your site or pages from your site to the poke about engines and no professional has done so since the concluding century.
Search engines 'spider' the web looking for unmarked sites/pages and it is best if they find sites/pages naturally contained by this way.
Although you should not submit your url to the prod engines you must have some inbound links that the spiders can follow http://www.seo-blog.com/inbound-links.ph...
You can foot submit to appropriate directories http://www.seo-blog.com/directory-links.... to obtain your initial inbound links.
Not too repeatedly as you do not want it to be re-indexed all over again and lost doesn`t matter what position you are getting now. The look into engine spiders and bots will pick it up anywhere. So not too often is best.

Answer:
“Branding” was essential for ranchers of the out-of-date west, but today, is it anything more than just a marketing buzz word? The simple dream of branding is that customers will think of you first when they guess of your product. Think of any product category and then come up with of the brand that pops into your mind first. An forceful brand is built through experience and interaction, not exposure. Here are some areas where you can enjoy an effect on a brand: quality, presence surrounded by the media, product benefits, your reputation, your figure, your customer commitment, and pricing.

Answer:
Great looking site! Easy to read and find what I am looking for. My only suggestion would be to cause your Links actual links to the sites. As they are now, I would hold to copy and paste them into my browser instead of clicking on them.
I similar to the site, however, according to my Computer class on webpages, red is not a good perception (dealing with relatives who are colorblind).
The site is nice, but if I ook at it from the standpoint of SEO, achieving top rankings, I see lots of flaws. The description and title tag contain no keywords and need to change for all pahes. I see no sitemaps, or xl sitemaps, i see no bolding of keywords, I find no subject relations between pages, i see no inbuilt text links etc. The point of a pattern site for most people is that it get found through organic search. Your site will have problems surrounded by that area...hey, you did ask :-)

How to evaluate 2 livelihood offer and clear best ruling?
Question:
Answer:
compare salary, commute, growth opportunity, benefits
It depends on what you are looking for.Like me i would go for the better paying out of the two.If they wage the same i would consider the general public I would be working with or what one is a shorter drive to work. Then there's the profession you think your going to close to better then the other one. Also here is the medical plans/dental/visual that you also look at.Make sure the business is going some where to.
-make sure you payment close attention to how the company is doing financially. are they growing? are they stable?
-see if there is room for advancement? if here isn't, will this job hold you to the next smooth outside of the company?
-what is your new boss's administration style? make sure you are comfortable beside your superior.
-do you meet co-workers during the interviews? how do they similar to their jobs? do they come across satisfied?
-make sure you will be challenge and learn from the position.
-look at the benefits-salary, bonus structure/possibility, 401K, strength benefits - choose the one that is right for you
dutiful luck
Where do you see yourself in five years? If you can't answer that, walk with the superior salary.
If you feel five years down the road, you can look at the company and see which one will either be a better "home" for you for that time, or better prepare you for where on earth you really want to get to contained by that time.
Let the money decide. Money is never wrong!
Money is never wrong but it is not neccesarily the single right. Years down the road, it might not be a huge factor.
I am doing what I love best but with minimal clear. I do ***** and think in the region of the pay once inawhile but it's easier to spend 12 hours time working for something that you love most, something that you see yourself doing for long, grow and learn next something just for the money.
Unless there's a huge gap contained by the salary, you'll want to underpinning it on all of the copious factors that answer the interview 'is this the right move'. You've got to factor surrounded by: other benefits (vacation, health plan, bonus/options, etc.), synopsis of co-workers and work environment, opportunities to swot up and advance, lifestyle factor (i.e. commute), company viability and growth prospects...the inventory goes on and on. Chances are one or the other will come out on top. If they're completely apples to apples, run with your gut.
Anyone own experience public relations on Yahoo Search Marketing?
Question:
I have a "generic" website but am not acceptance any traffic. I was wondering if anyone have been successful at this type of business scheme. I need to cram more about how much to bid on clicks, what a devout daily spending constrict is, etc. Any helpful tips are appreciated.
Answer:
I've used Yahoo Search Marketing and hold had really good results next to it.
The key is to craft sure you are using ONLY tight groups of highly relevant knob words and make sure they appear contained by the title and body of your ad. Don't bid any more than 40 cents per click as a starting point, set your day by day limit at $50 and monitor your traffic closely. If you pinch a laser focused approach you should have no problem getting a CTR (click through rate) of at most minuscule 5%.
Do NOT use broad, fuzzy terms, you'll only waste money.
For example, don't bid on a keyword approaching 'camera' (it's way too broad). Bid on something importantly focused like 'canon slr model xyz' instead.
If you're site is roughly dogs, focus on something very specific in the region of dogs (like 'clipping toenails on toy poodles'). Focus the ad along indistinguishable lines and make sure it points to a page just about 'clipping toenails on toy poodles' , NOT the generic homepage.
Think of it this way, you've probably hear the saying 'location, location, location' when it comes to nouns in definite estate. In Yahoo Search Marketing 'relevance, relevance, relevance' brings success.
Also formulate sure the keywords are words actually anyone used by people who are using the dig out engines.
For example, using the Yahoo keyword selector tool the top 20 searches done on 'dog' type words surrounded by May 2007 are as follows:
Searches done in March 2007
Count Search Term
275287 dog
181241 dog food muse over
69605 snoop dog
57965 dog breed
52909 dog food
44708 dog pile
43474 dog for sale
42277 dog breeders
36192 dog boarding
35056 dog grooming
31370 dog picture
27779 caesar adjectives correcting dog everyday guide natural problem perception way
27331 snoop doggy dog
24725 dog bed
24323 dog the bounty hunter
23675 dog training
23472 hot dog
22126 dog toy
20850 dog whisperer
20316 dog dog food muse over
Suppose you make the mistake of bidding on the broad occupancy 'dog'. If you're site is about a puppy dog your announcement will still appear for people looking for 'dog toy', 'dog the bounty hunter' or even 'snoop dog'. If the inhabitants looking for 'dog the bounty hunter' or 'snoop dog' click on your ad, you spend money. If they don't click on your ad, your click through rate drops, your announcement relevance score drops and eventually your bid costs step up (which wastes money).
Forget: 'generic'
Remember: 'relevance, relevance, relevance'
Cheers,
Hal
I use Yahoo Search Marketing and own success within doing so. The thing to remember is that you hold to have a product that citizens want or need. Make sure that your website is aestetically pleasing to the eyes and resourcefully built.
You also need to trade name sure that you are choosing the right keywords for your website. For example: if you are selling makeup then you wouldn't enjoy keywords relating to building websites. As far as how much you should bid on keywords; it depends on what's in your budget. For me, I almost never bid over $.50 per keyword. I individually think it's a lavish of money to go any superior than that but again, that's entirely up to you.
Good luck with your marketing fight.

How do I go and get business website added to your force out engine?
Question:
Answer:
The top search engine will certainly find sites and index them on their own. They are now sophisticated ample to do that. They do offer appendage submission as well. Do not use automated software or companies that charge for submission as they do automated singular and that nets you roughly a ton of spam email. G00GLE webmaster guideline will even tell you that submission is unnecessary. Submissions to Directories are a different matter. Some are free, approaching DMOZ other charge like Yahoo. Point person, the engine will find the site, and the more links you have on other sites the better.
But, getting index does not mingy you will be found through searches. That will be determined by how SEO prepared your site against the sites already in the 20.
