Keep it brief- no more than partially hour.
If it's a service, you don't need a video. The smaller amount you rely on equipment the better- Murphy's Law, whenever you reply on your equipment is when it decides to stop working. This is not individual embarrassing for you but it looks unprofessional to the potential client. Stick to brochures and things you can resign from behind for them to share next to other people.
When presenting, hit the most important points first- no more than 10. If the person seem interested, go more into detail. If they're not interested, put together sure you thank them for their time and leave information at the rear in baggage they change their mind.
