No, you do not need to notify HD Corp. You are not using them for public relations, right? If they are to be used in your cafe as furniture, or even basically as decoration, in attendance is no problem. Besides, HD got their royalties when you bought the tavern stools.
The organization who is trade the stools needs the approval - presumably this is a stock product that they proffer.
If on the other hand you provided artwork that be downloaded off the pattern (or something) and you are having these stools created contained by some guys basement, next I doubt Harley is going to have to much to voice about it but to be particular you can contact them via their web site and see what happen.
