Websites do not typically sue a user only just because they violated a few rules -- especially one that does not involve monetary losses on the part of the other website.
You simply advertise on a page you are not allowed to put your URLs -- if you cheated the advertisers to the tune of hundreds of thousands, after that's the time to worry.
The worst they can do to you is to sanction you from using said site.
Be careful when posting your URL and hype on sites. Read carefully what you can do and cannot do when using the site.
why don't you write to the webmaster of the other site and ask them to remove your post as you immediately realize you may have violated their lingo of posting. They will probably rather do that than sue you.
If you be warned and you stopped afterwards it should be over.
