Check out Constant Contact http://www.constantcontact.com -- they have really reasonable rates, allow you to try the service for 30 days, and the pricing is excellent. ConstantContact only added a new survey product that you can use beside your account.
We tried Topica http://www.topica.com as okay but the pricing is steeper for the same features that Constant Contact offer.
Another good company to try out is Lyris http://www.lyris.com/ though they are costlier than Constant Contact and Topica, though they own more sophisticated features
Convio http://www.convio.com/site/pageserver?pa... is another good provider beside sophisticated capabilities, though they are marketing themselves to the non profit sector though I know some publications such as Catalog Success magazine uses them
