This doesn't aim it's impossible; I would love if realtors used advertising to describe the story which is uniquely their own, but they don't. Realtors are terrible at pretty much everything anyway so I'm not shocked.

Do this only if you otherwise enjoy business at or around the shop. And talk to general public, ask if they know of anyone buying or selling a home. YES, ASK. Don't just put your christen and cards out there- that's worthless. In fact it's worse- you'll feel you've done work when you haven't. Go out and talk, look for customers (they will NOT come to you, not within the scope of your operation, you must come to them and you will hold a great income if you do!), but do not go out in recent times to place business cards, or cordially humbly ask to place them there. That's what inhabitants do who aren't assertive about themselves or their products, they endow with it a super-low-profile treatment. And that won't drive business.

Now, I was lately giving it a good thought, and wonder, can video activity producers be considered as a brand? Say SNK, Capcom, Namco, SquareSoft (SquareEnix now), Bemani (DDR, Beatmania, Drumania) - since, well, we hear people said something similar to "I don't want to buy any other clothes except those from Prada or Versace" but you never heard anyone said "I don't want to buy any other games except those produced by Capcom or Sega" (Well I never, anyway).
