However, the wage difference? I have always used a gender less score card. Based purely on Attendance, Performance, Personality, Education, Knowledge. (APPEK Score) The higher the score, the higher the wage. On the score card there is Confidence that rates a 3 yet Over Confident will rate a 1. (potential for overdemanding). Mostly 1's start at the minimum. Mostly 3's start just below the maximum (because there needs to be room for incentive growth)
