The uniform is "solid colored pants" (usually khaki or black) and a polo shirt (solid color). You enjoy to own closed toe/heel shoes (no crocs), but definately achieve non-slip shoes. You enjoy to own shirt tucked within and a belt on. The apron and hat/visor they will bequeath you.
As for what to expect, your first few days are somewhat overwhelming. There's a huge menu and alot to revise, but it's not desperate.
