I regard as it depends on the setting. I feel that more is expected of men surrounded by feminine dominated professions and more is expected of women surrounded by manly dominated professions. Its as if women own to exert extra hard work to prove themselves contained by leadership/management roles and men are expecting to exert extra endeavour to prove themselves within professions that focus on using nurturing behaviors. This problem exists because of double standards imposed by society as far as what men and women should/shouldnt do.
