Every company I've worked for expected workers to report violation of company policy to someone contained by authority, usually the HR being. They do that because the HR human being can't be everywhere at one time. Companies also know that if a policy resembling to be exact surrounded by place you are more imagined to follow the rules. A personage is prearranged as the company snitch if they are discovered to be "frequent snitchers".
As far as this feminine co-worker is concerned...she be right to report him because it is an issue of safekeeping, not a moment ago robbery of company time. He should never hold not here a trainee alone next to the electrical device because she might not infer what to do if something go wrong. ...and if it does she could enjoy be injured or kill.
