I work for a O.T.B within unknown york.It is a politically driven living.Depending on what event is the majority within the county thats who runs otb.About two years ago the the table turned and power changed and NOBODY get a make higher.They also took away overtime,if you work on a holiday at hand is no time and a partly and not even a cost of living lift up.Also im not forced to do political work its but its looked down upon if i dont and the hopes of a merit bring to the fore go out the door.So no event what i do for otb doesnt count its what i do politcally that does .Being connected to someone political help your sallary as okay, but moral luck if your not.The level of pay envelope is any fantastic or not guess what side im on?Is this officially recognized to operate a company approaching this?If i want to complain,i enjoy no coalition or a relative within politics to protect me and they would fire me basically resembling that.Answers: Just find a foreign charge.
