It's the character of the business. If you doubt to tip share procure out of the business. You are going to hold great night and crappy night. S*** happen. If it happen alot next turn subsequent door and work for the subsequent guy. Not everyone bank every darkness. As far as tip share it is the system i.e. set-up throughout the business. If you can't stomach it later dance work at a hill or something. Figure out what you clear per hour at the call a halt of the week and include your "lame" wage.
