say i live within Germany, I sign a job contract contained by the Netherlands where the first company is base - the job is to put up for sale in Germany where on earth i live.
Later I sign another contract with a local German company to put on the market something else (no competition) in Germany as all right. For both companies i am home-based so those are quite independent sale positions with no day by day suprevision.
I presume it is not legal, but how risky is that hobby (job contracts are from companies based contained by different countries so it is unlikely they will find out I guess) ?
Answers: I suppose it depends on whether your contracts stipulate hours of work or quantity of work.
If it's hours, it should fit within if you want to be scrupilous.
If it's quantity, consequently you're in the clear. Lots of relations have more than one situation at a time.
