say i live surrounded by Germany, I sign a job contract surrounded by the Netherlands where the first company is base - the job is to market in Germany where on earth i live.
Later I sign another contract with a local German company to flog something else (no competition) in Germany as very well. For both companies i am home-based so those are quite independent sale positions with no day after day suprevision.
I presume it is not legal, but how risky is that team game (job contracts are from companies based within different countries so it is unlikely they will find out I guess) ?
