say i live contained by Germany, I sign a job contract within the Netherlands where the first company is base - the job is to flog in Germany where on earth i live.
Later I sign another contract with a local German company to market something else (no competition) in Germany as capably. For both companies i am home-based so those are quite independent sale positions with no on a daily basis suprevision.
I presume it is not legal, but how risky is that team game (job contracts are from companies based within different countries so it is unlikely they will find out I guess) ?

If, for example you are contracted to work Monday to Friday, 9 til 5 with one employer you are not doing anything wrong if your contract next to the other company is outside of those hours. If however you have be contracted to work the same hours near the two different companies then you are contained by breach of contract for both. You could be asked to pay rear the money you have earn as you should have be working for one when you were working for the other if you are discovered.
If not discovered by any of your two employers (who may step ballistic) It's not illegal. A lot of dignified flyer's have several job, one day a week here, two in attendance. Provided you pay your taxes, you are doing zilch illegal. i would utter stop posting that on the internet and just not transmit anyone
