say i live contained by Germany, I sign a job contract surrounded by the Netherlands where the first company is base - the job is to get rid of in Germany where on earth i live.
Later I sign another contract with a local German company to get rid of something else (no competition) in Germany as resourcefully. For both companies i am home-based so those are quite independent sale positions with no day by day suprevision.
I presume it is not legal, but how risky is that spectator sport (job contracts are from companies based contained by different countries so it is unlikely they will find out I guess) ?
Answers: Why would it be illegal? As long as you are doing both job satisfactorily, your time is your own to organise.
If they are independent sale positions, I presume you are working on contract, rather than as a direct hand. i don't see a problem.
Providing the job contracts are non-exclusive here is no illegality.
It is often beneficial to go a number of products providing they don't compete. Efficiency of appointments, wider access to market etc.
Make it clear to your employers that you are selling more than one product. They may craving to reduce your remuneration, which you might consider.
