Hey all, I'm currently working beside Company ABC for 2 years now and Iast year my increment be a mere $50 but I got 2 months bonuses. I know that even if I stay for another 3 or 10 years, my boss will not increase my pay cheque regarless of how much business I bring to the company but the 2 months bonuses will always be in attendance.
Now I have another set aside from a competitor (Company XYZ)who offer $500 more than what I am earn rite now but bonus-wise, I might procure 1 month or 2 months (max) or none at all. Pay increment is base on performance and how much business you've brought surrounded by.
A few points to note:
1) If I transport XYZ's offer, I'll be on probation for 3 months. If I don't make well, they'll sack me. If I've done immensely well, they'll trademark me permanent but no stipend adjustment after probation.
2) I hate going into up to date organization coz you own to start all over again contained by terms of making untried frens, learning fresh procedures and rules, learning investigational system, etc
Should I stay or go?
Answers: Ask yourself; are you comfortable at your present job? do you relish working for them? Although money is important to survive, you must also consider opportunity satisfaction. If you are depressed at your present job by adjectives means revise; if you are happy and return with on with your workmates don't alteration. Only you can answer these questions.
