hey, i work in briskly food and I want to put in my 2 weeks because I only just turned 18 and there are better opprutunities that enjoy opened up for me, but within are some certain issues that enjoy been brought up roughly speaking my work ethic and other negative things that a couple of manager have pointed out almost me.
Well, I am afraid that if I tell my regional administrator that i want to put in my 2 weeks make out, he will fire me right away because of the certain issues that are up surrounded by the air roughly speaking me, and i dont want that to happen because I will know how to apply for this new profession June 21. and i want the employer to know I am currently working because i heard thats what they resembling to see..

It is better that you you put your resignation papers after you secure a living !!
Don't tell anyone you want to tender your notice until you own accepted a mission offer from a unknown employer. That way, you'll still be employed when you dance job probing and interviewing. Trust me, as tempting as it may be to recount the world you want to leave, it's better to hold it to yourself until you're really ready to donate your current employer. Also, your supervisor should be the first person to know you're departing.

Have a chat w/your current employer, explain that your going to another job & giving 2 weeks interest. If he tells you that he have issues, maybe try to add to these issues in your final 2 weeks employment. If he fires you, only just tell your unsullied employer that he got silly, due to you giving your notice. Any actual employer wouldn't mind if thats the case.

Just maintain your mouth shut for now. Do the best you can at work, work tough, show up on time etc. etc. Then you apply for the fresh job, permit them know you'll need to pass the other job make out before you start and later quit.
You can always find a profession that will pay comparable to what you are making presently. If you don't get the errand on the 21, try another one. It won't take long. Your best trail is to stay with your errand until you receive a better offer, consequently tell the fresh employer you can start in 2 weeks after you distribute notice, THEN donate notice.
