My 2 year job review is coming up contained by the next couple of months and I own a few questions. I get a good angle for my one year review but with no bonus. I be wondering if it was not unprofessional to ask for a bonus within lieu of a raise or within addition to? I didnt ask on my one year review because I thought it be too soon. My current salary is around 60K and I be wondering what (if any) a bonus would be based on this.

bonuses should not be a part of stipend conditions unless those bonuses are tied to certain goal then they are contained by reality not bonuses but wage incentives. tying bonuses and existing goals to the earnings can be great but that needs to be done within advance so you know what is available and how to pull off it.
