Looking for a Grant for a retreat Center !?
Want to build a Hotel like 150 + room Christian retreat center, Want to own a rec center and Job center and more in it !Anyone know where on earth to look for a grant close to this ! The building itself probably bout 5million dollars !
I want to put it under my LLC !
Answers: Is a nonprofit activity or commercial venture ?
Are you going to give a hand the poor and needy near the above facilities free of cost ?
If it is so, you can form a non profit and claim rates exemption !!
There are number of ways by which nonprofit collects money and you can follow the examples !!
#1 = I think you might enjoy a problem putting it under your LLC if you are looking to variety it a 501c(3). You will have to create a unusual Corp and apply for not-for-profit status with the IRS. My guidance is to keep it a not-for-profit due to the certainty that it is a Christian retreat center.
#2 = I like the conception of a Christain retreat center and I think that you are hugely admirable for choosing to do that. You will not procure help from the Govt due to the separation of Church and State entity. So, I would target some Christian organizations and jump to larger churches asking for donations. Places like Moody Church, Crystal Cathedral, etc, etc.
Very remotely and I don't know what kindly of cash you hold now but I believe here are some Christian organizations that will lend the money to you interest free.
Good luck and I hope you are successful.
If you are looking for a give in, as in 'command grant' then you should check at http://www.grants.gov to see if within is any funding allocated for such a project that you can qualify for. However most, if not adjectives, grants are given to qualified nonprofit organization, not private individuals or companies.
What work would be best for me and what species of tuition would be required?
I am having trouble narrowing down a art. I have plenty of time to start, considering my age, and I am significantly interested in a pasture involving technology. Software engineering, electronics, etc. I'm told that I am smart and should be doing something other than brochure labor, which is the field that I am within currently. A while back I be interested in mortal a lawyer or a pilot possibly. But I feel engineering would be the best route. Anyone know what type of engineering pasture would be best? and how much education I would call for? Money is definitely a factor as economically. I DO want to be comfortably well-off. Thanks.Answers: You should see if any of the local colleges have profession testing and counselors.
Engineering pretty broad - power-driven, chemical, electrical, structural, etc. For example which type of science do you enjoy the most. What roughly speaking day-to-day activities - some job will have you surrounded by an office adjectives day, while others can enjoy you traveling a lot (and as someone who have travel for business - it is NOT as glamorous as you'd think).
Most engineering jobs would require a 4 yr level.
I am working in the job I knew I needed since high college, but I have worked near many relations who've changed several or many times. Money alone is not satisfactory to keep you optimistic at something you may be doing for the next 40 years.
There are empire who are very successful surrounded by the trades - you don't have to be within an office to be successful.
MSOE is a great college in Milwaukee,Wisconsin for engineering.I'm sure if you email them they would transport you a catalog of courses and all the info you obligation to read as to what type etc to specialize in.my friend (a MSOE grad)does computer programing set ups adjectives over the world and he makes great money...and get to travel on their dime (but he never really enjoyed the travel explanation he was other working and didn't really see all that much..)... but still a great position he would not trade.

For an associate point in nursing (RN) within the Kansas City area, near fees will total $8,000-12,000 by my calculations using the info on the websites at 3 different community colleges. It does ebb and flow according to if you are in district or contained by state or out. I looked into an accelerated BSN and it be going to cost $35k.
