Information on Events Management?

I'd like more information on the charge. (It's gonna be the job for a qualities I'm writing so I want to know the bad, the biddable and the comic aspects of the industry)

Also:
How do you work your way up to the 'manager' status?
Could you bring back into the field from managing an art gallery?
Would they be hired by a small screen company for an event that aims to spread awareness of something like fighting fit living?

Please answer even if you can only share me a bit about it.
Many gratitude.

Tca architecture in oracle apps?

Answers: Hi,

Today' s economy requires business strategies and relationships that are both complex and dynamic. The static and independent customer and supplier models typical of other ERP and CRM applications cover only a limited slice of the trading community and cannot adequately represent the reality of today' s complex business communities.
The Oracle Trading Community was designed to address these gaps and provide a comprehensive yet flexible architecture that can accommodate all players in a trading community and the complicated relationships among them.

Trading Community Model will include not just customers but suppliers, internal organizations, and employees as well. 'Trading Community' is meant to represent all members of your business community that are already modelled in the business architecture or that will be incorporated into the architecture in the future.
