What is canon for working hours?

What is the maximum working hours people can work and s it different around the world. Is it smaller quantity for under 16's?

Answers: Under 16 surrounded by the US, you are restricted in the hours that you can work because they dont want it to interfere beside school. After that you can work as plentiful hours in the daytime as you want to. In some countries you will get remunerated overtime for anything over 8 hours in a daylight but things vary widely by country.
I know inside the tv industry it's no more than 8 per day and that includes the 2 hours tutoring time, lunch and breaks which must be 15 mins per 45 mins contained by front of the camera.

I would imagine i.e. diferent for other jobs. When I be 15 I was allowed 2 hours per year 3 days a week and 8 hours on a saturday. I can't say that be the law, that be what my parents allowed me to do without it interferring beside my school work.
It depends on where on earth you are. In the US for example, different states have different law. And yes it's often different for minors than for adults.

Job interviews.. 10 pts to best answer! :)?

Lets call the hospitals A and B. I just now applied at 2 hospitals, after the interviews, I realized that I would to some extent work at hospital A, but hospital B contacted me and offered me the job, and they're gonna bid back tomorrow to see if I adopt it. I decided that I'm going to decline the proposal of hospital B and hope that hospital A hires me. Whats a polite way to utter no to hospital B when they call me tomorrow and ask if I've made my declaration? ... I've asked a question resembling this before and relations said to just ring up hospital A and see if they've made a decision however but they already told me they'd make their conclusion sometime in the subsequent week.. thanks!

Answers: This is a tough situation. You didn't state whether or not you'd consider working at hospital B. I've be in this situation in the past and when it rains it pours. Everyone will hail as at the same time! Just the track it is. I've dealt next to this type of scenario using "gut" instincts. Get a piece of paper and write down what you want within a job and company. What do you similar to about the locations, work environment, and surrounding organization? If B is very interested surrounded by you and is a good place to work, and I needed to work "now" I'd consider taking it. If A is really nice but not that interested within me, I wouldn't wait on them. Keep within mind that when they say they haven't made a declaration yet, they're in recent times waiting on the "other" applicant to get wager on to them with an answer.

With adjectives this said, if you can afford to wait for A later tell B you appreciate the propose but have already agreed another offer that be too good to intervene up. This response is also letting them know you are a business person and it's not a "personal" decree against them. It's just business. It they want you that unpromising, they could "counter" the "too good volunteer." You never know.
Simple answer to your question: Just vote "Thank you but I've decided not to adopt the offer at this time." They won't steal it personally. You don't owe them a common sense, they shouldn't ask. If they truly want to make it worth your while they might inquire as to how they can convince you to evolution your mind. Be honest. You'd be surprised at what a company will do to get the right party. Hiring is a job function they're unbelievably much used to. Some say yes, some say-so no, some just pay no attention to the call. If you want to argue a friendly relationship with them, send for them and just enlighten them no firmly and politely. By calling them you're helping them. If you end up interviewing near the same entity, he won't be holding a grudge because you made him wait until he could draw from ahold of you and then you shot him down. He's going to enjoy to do more work because of you already, don't make him any more upset something like it.

Now the long answer. Take the job at Hospital B. If you procure the offer at Hospital A, you can other quit B. It happens. They'll never hire you again, but the standard HR position is typically that nobody is going to find in the opening of you bettering yourself. They won't like it but would fairly have someone who requests to be there, as defiant somewhere else. So you work for a week or so and get rewarded for it. If Hospital A doesn't call, you still own a job. If Hospital A call, you have an prospect. Right now, your singular options (by what you wrote I'm going to guess) are severance or Hospital B. That seems a pretty simple choice. The solely way you should shun B short a guarantee from A is if you are independently wealthy and are of late working for the moral good.
