I cry almost every morning.?
i hate my post that much. i mean, it pays GREAT and its pretty easy. but its soooo BORING! i sit surrounded by a little tiny bureau the size of a closet all daylight with nobody to tell to. my only company is a woman who shares the organization with me but she is NEVER surrounded by here except to check her voicemails and for a few minutes at lunchtime. i am a people creature, i liketo talk to nation, help family, and watch citizens. my office doesnt even hold any windows. i consistency like a prisoner. i own a phone in here but i cant give the name anybody bc if my boss call and cant carry thru she will be mad.my boss and the other nation i work under adjectives make me have a feeling like im slow or something bc i cant gain things done as fast as they can and when i receive a small mistake its a HUGE big deal resembling im retarded or something.
anyway, what can i do to make my commission more enjoyable and be more productive?? stress from this profession is really starting to effect my life at home...

You cannot stay at a job that make you this miserable because of the money. It will ultimately make you sick (literally sick) and may make happen you to eventually under complete and lose the job anyway.

Only you can opt if the money is worth staying or leaving. In my feelings sounds like you are set to leave but money is holding you fund. Remember money is not everything and will not buy you happiness. If you do establish to stay anyway try to take some online training, or unassigned tasks around the bureau such as cleaning and organizing. Ask other workers if they obligation any help. Keep surrounded by mind as well that nobody is reliable and when you do make a mistake clutch note and try to avoid it for the subsequent time. If they are that mean, I'd look for another mission. Why would you willingly submit yourself to that. Again, don't quit and find another profession...find another job and afterwards quit...this way you don't own financial troubles.
If you really like it and it's a moment ago the small office and boredom, take yourself a small fish bowl, a plant and a photo so you have something to look at. Since you're alone most of the time, bring surrounded by a small radio or MP3 player and jam while you work (turn it down/off to appropriate a call...).
Once your attitude improve, you should be more productive and the attitude from others should stop.
Going from an office opening, there are plenty of other opportunity out there for someone near office experience who requests to work with family.
Try looking for jobs any in Human Resources, mobilization agencies, front desk admin (lots of space!) or even a guest relations agent for a hotel (you get to bargain to guests allll day!)
Seriously, it's not worth staying for the money, you will be so gloomy and think of adjectives the other job opportunity out there are similar within role, but better cause they hold people surrounded by them. Consider hospitality or retail seriously if you like citizens, you will do well.

The reason for to be exact it would take a judicious amount of time to build the income up to a level where on earth you could leave your present career.

Hubby has an interview coming up. He put contained by request for holiday ages ago. Every time he puts in request for holiday they enunciate, no, it's not convenient. He have 8 days still to take by close of march as they won't ever approve anything. Anyway, he have to have in our time as he has an interview which will involve an overnight stay.Can they dismiss him if he take this time off anyway, and if he's not qualified how does he ever get another career - he works 6 days a week (has signed the 48 hour thing)

No, they don't have to hand over time off work for interviews but they are human being extremely unreasonable and I can understand why he requirements to leave!
If I be him, just to be on the not detrimental side, would not book the time off as a holiday, but to some extent just thieve the days off as sick days.

I guess your husband should book the holiday/annual leave past its sell-by date work & say he have to have the time past its sell-by date as he has an appointment...he doesn't hold to say what the appointment is for.
